I use Documint mainly with the Airtable integration, and it has made creating and managing our documents so much easier. Once you get everything set up, it’s really easy to create forms, edit documents and get everything sent out and shared. The support team has also been great every time I’ve needed them. There have been a few times where I’ve missed an update and it’s caused one of my documents to stop working properly, but I’ve always had a quick response from support and they’ve been able to help me get everything fixed. For the value for money, ease of use and the Airtable integration, I think it’s a great product. It saves us a heap of time and makes the whole document process a lot easier. Definitely recommend giving Documint a go if you’re looking for something to help with forms and document automation. Pros I like how easy Documint is to use, especially with the Airtable integration. It saves me a heap of time and makes creating and sending documents much simpler. The support team is also a big plus — they’re always quick to respond and happy to help when I get stuck or miss something in an update. Cons Some features moved to a different spot after update made a little harder to navigate without knowledge or experience. They have responded promptly to every question and provided clear, helpful guidance on all the areas where we required clarification. Pros The seamless process for generating PDFs from pre-built templates using captured data. The finished PDFs are professional in appearance and eliminate the need for the manual creation of invoices, reports, and other business documents. Cons None. Although building the templates and integrating them with your data capture platform can be challenging initially, the customer support team provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Cons There isn't much to dislike about Documint. I think the Looped Filtration just needs to be fixed, but I've found a good workaround. If the Header and Footer could have dynamic content displayed from Airtable as well, that would be amazing. I needed to integrate with Hubspot and they showed me on both Documint and Hubspot how it would work. Pros It's simple to use and set up. It fit into my existing document creation infrastructure and just saved me a ton of manual work. Cons Nothing comes to mind.
