Shout out to Rafaela for helping me through some challenges that I've encountered. It goes to show how much Documint values their customers. I don't think I've ever had customer support as amazing! Cons There isn't much to dislike about Documint. I think the Looped Filtration just needs to be fixed, but I've found a good workaround. If the Header and Footer could have dynamic content displayed from Airtable as well, that would be amazing. Cons It takes a fair amount of time to build all of the components, but that is because of the variables (so do not think it can be improved too much). They are friendly and fun as well as being very knowledgeable. Pros It is a lot more flexible that I initially thought. You can really taylor your docs to your needs with a little creativity and support from \[sensitive content hidden\] and his amazing engineering team. Cons It sometimes drops variables without warning. The errors are not very descriptive when issues do inevitably arise. Thanks to the team though it is quickly sorted out. I needed to integrate with Hubspot and they showed me on both Documint and Hubspot how it would work. Pros It's simple to use and set up. It fit into my existing document creation infrastructure and just saved me a ton of manual work. Cons Nothing comes to mind.
