Pros

The trademark watching service is very helpful especially for my practice because of the amount of LATAM work we do. The trademark reports are great for sending to clients or using in house for our knowledge about client's previously filed TM's in other countries.

Cons

Would be great to have access to more countries trademark offices in one software. I understand this could be a difficult process but this would be very helpful to capture a whole region which some clients look for.

Excelente por muchos años.

Pros

Lo mejor de intelectia es el sistema de alertas que mantiene monitoreados tus expedientes constantemente. Puedes adelantarte a lo que ocurrirá con estos avisos. Fue muy fácil integrarlo al trabajo diario y me ayudó a eliminar muchos procesos y a mejorar otros. También hemos encontrado mucha receptividad para incluir mejoras en el sistema.

Cons

Se podría mejorar el sistema de comunicación con los clientes para incluir en los expedientes esta información.

Intelectia nos permite manejar nuestras marcas de una manera eficiente y completa

Pros

Utiliza una forma fácil de interfaz con el cliente. También es sumamente conveniente que se puede conectar con la Oficina de marcas, en nuestro caso con ONAPI y tiene un número importante de oficinas a nivel de América y mundial.

Cons

Nos gustaría ver una integración de calendario con MS Outlook para que sea perfecto

Requeríamos una base de datos de marcas y clientes donde todos los miembros de la firma pudiéramos acceder y que nos ayudara con el trabajo diario. Un portafolio de marcas básicamente pero Intelectia se convirtió en algo mas. Nos ahorra tiempo al conectarse automáticamente a cada oficina de registro y nos lleva la agenda de pendientes y de tareas. Ademas el servicio de vigilancia nos ayuda a proteger las marcas de los clientes y también a la salud del negocio porque facturamos en base a las oposiciones que generamos.

Pros

Se ha convertido en parte integral de nuestra forma de trabajar. Nos organizamos y coordinamos el trabajo diario en base a la ayuda que el software nos provee para el buen funcionamiento de la firma.

Cons

Se que aun no se conecta con las oficinas de marcas de algunos países pero esto es algo que han venido solventado poco a poco. También hace falta la app móvil pero ya nos dijeron que pronto la tendrán disponible.

Pros

Considero que es una manera buena de crear reportes de marcas para Oficinas de Abogadas que poseen grandes carteras como la nuestra.

Cons

Pudiera ser más personalizado por compañía que lo contratan. Eliminar funcionalidades que no van con la empresa.

Es una plataforma muy útil para el manejo y monitoreo de los casos a nivel general en la que constantemente introduce mejoras para el mejor funcionamiento de la misma.

Facilidad, versatilidad, excelente para trabajar de manera remota y calidad de la información.

Del Software, me parece excelente; A nivel general: Tardanza en la demora de respuesta por algún inconveniente o implementación de mejoras.
