Pros Being able to customize reports to save data entry time is the biggest plus for me. Personal support with a company that wants feedback to continually improve is unheard of. Cons The price is much more than other services, but there seems to be no limit to the improvements and changes that are constantly making this service stand out from the rest. Ideal if they could choose between ground or express, rules would be in place for the perishable items that would limit shipping methods to express when they are in the basket. Bar-none it was the best thing for our business at the time. Cons The team is still starting up and is small so they're very hands on for fixing any issues that come up.
