It is very easy to: - Select relevant target groups and segment the customers - Build newletters and make sure that the prices are updated prior to the mailing - Create efficient automated flows based on customer behaviour

Unfortunately it is difficult to modify an existing automated flow without losing the history and statistics

Handling our CRM with Voyado is a treat and we couldn't ask for more when it comes to contact with the team, help with implementation, and, of course, using the segmentation and e-mail tool. We also run our loyalty program through Voyado and haven't had any problems so far.

Pros

The interface is extremely intuitive and the insights gained from segmentation is invaluable for us while working with CRM.

Cons

The reports system can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming to use.
