Eu entro na plataforma no link do próprio e-mail e abro minha tarefa. Então eu executo o trabalho e atualmente faço a entrega na própria plataforma. Então eu aperto em tarefa concluída e aguardo meu cliente aprovar ou solicitar revisão. Após a aprovação eu envio a fatura pela plataforma e aguardo o meu pagamento. Se todos os meus clientes utilizassem uma plataforma como o Lano, facilitaria grandemente o meu trabalho. É um lugar que nos dá mais controle do que foi feito, do que tem para ser faturado, não precisa ficar anotando, é super legal. Pros Eu realmente amo quando o Lano me envia e-mails informando que eu tenho novas tarefas para fazer. Eu não preciso elaborar faturas, a própria Plataforma fornece tudo pra mim, então é só eu inserir os dados e pronto. Cons A primeira vez que eu usei. Eu precisei aprender tudo e eu não conseguia traduzir automáticamente para o meu idioma. Hoje, eu abro o site e ele é traduzido automaticamente. Lano caters heavily to They claim support from over 170 countries, but I find I get 403 (forbidden) errors when accessing the home page unless I use a VPN to pretend to be in Europe or the USA. Pros Nothing. It's like a scarecrow. It kinda resembles functional software from a distance. But when you try to use it you realize it's a Potemkin village. Slick website, but the functionality underneath is barely functional, full of bugs, with a UI that was certainly never tested. No way to get help or report anything. Cons I am forced to use it to get paid, but it's utterly broken and there is no way to report bugs, provide feedback or get help. Site is plastered with "Get a Demo" popups to induce clients to use it. But the core product is barely functional (actually not even functional...) from the perspective of a downstream user who has no choice. Also they claim support for over 170 countries, but I find I get 403 (forbidden) errors when accessing the home page unless I use a VPN to pretend to be in Europe or the USA.
