Onro is a delivery management platform for businesses that run their own delivery operation: couriers, 3PLs, distributors, grocery and e-commerce brands. Every order type has its own flow (on-demand, pickup and delivery, pickup only, delivery only) and every status change is visible to dispatchers, customers and recipients in real time. Orders come in from your customer portal, mobile apps, the API or integrations such as the Onro Shopify app. Dispatch them manually or automatically, group stops into multi-drop routes, and collect proof of delivery with photos, signatures and barcode scans. Customers get a white-label tracking page and notifications by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Behind the scenes, zones, tags and custom fields let you set different services, prices and rules per city or per customer.
