Pros Simplotel lives up to its name of simplifying the website experience for our guests and to us. We are able to provide very complicated packages but it is presented very simply to our guests and they are able to decide the one they require. I would recommend it to any hotel/resort for making their website world class. Cons It is quite expensive and the addons are really expensive too. " April 26, 2021 5.0 Pros Simplotel was very good with problem-solving as well as website development. They were quick to respond with solutions whenever my team had a problem. They were always available to help and make changes fast when we requested them. Cons One of the things they could improve is incorporating user ideas to make their platform better. For example, we suggested a feature that would greatly improve our website, however, since the brand uses a common model for other websites as well, it cannot incorporate it quickly without impacting its other clients.
