Pros

I've never used event technology aside from Zoom prior to attending this event, and found Cadence very easy to use and onboard into. It truly enhanced the experience. Also - loved the ability to learn more about the speakers at the webinar.

Cons

Certain features took a little while to load - could be an internet issue though.

It has so many features that participants can really feel part of a community

The user experience needs to be a bit more intuitive? Some participants didnt seem to receive email reminders from Cadence

The software was very comprehensive in that it had a lot of features that were very useful in making the summit a unique experience for the participants.

Support was great - team was easy to work with. Our attendees loved it and that's what matters the most to us. The direct integrations with Symphony were priceless and really helped us engage our attendees!

Pros

This product is really customizable - from the look and feel to the usability for different groups of attendees. We found it very flexible and easy to set up and really loved the live feed, making our attendees feel more connected in a very disconnected world.

Cons

Not much to add here, but they're constantly expanding their partnerships so we're excited to see them add in even more functionality!

Pros

The software was very easy to use! Loved the features, the platform made the event I attended more entertaining. Much better than using a paper booklet/pamphlet. I really enjoyed the chat feature.

Cons

Wish there was a Group FaceTime option to speak with the other attendees. More support articles to help familiarize with the special features
