They have included everything you need to get going and they have made it easy to customize for your style of writing. There is not as much cut and paste as other programs. I used Horizon and Scribeware and was always frustrated by the vast libraries that did not hold the unique situation I was looking at. Cons There is a bit of work on the front end to get it the way you want....But on the other hand that is also the reason I like it. I can make it sound more like "me". Switched from [ScribeWare](https://www.capterra.com/p/231948/ScribeWare/) The other two programs look good at first because they have done a lot of work at building libraries. But the time it takes to sift through what they have done takes to long. I would rather develop my own. Eneris provides a good set comments that are easy to modify to your inspection and then save it for future use. Additionally, the support team has been incredibly responsive to my needs as well as being able to rapidly iterate on and quickly solve technical issues I've run into. Pros Eneris' primary component is a highly customization data entry system, which allows you to customize your reports and workflow. With robust offline mode, image annotation, and online report presentation it delivers easy to read reports in an otherwise information dense field. Cons Eneris is under current development adding new or updated features regularly. I would like to see an even greater degree of customization at the high level of report templating ie. Linked information, so if a data field is filled in a certain way then additional field would appear or set data could be auto populated. Once we've learned the process it's been smooth going. Cons There's been a learning curve, but we're not real computer savvy. Actually easier to use than the last one we tried so not much of a con. Pros The professional and comprehensive reports. The fact that all my software needs are on one device and they are easy to use. Also, that everything is saved on the cloud. The response to my initial questions/concerns about adjusting to the software was very good. They are very open to criticism/concerns and are continually trying to update the software to meet my needs. Cons It starts off with almost a blank slate. It takes a while to load in all the home inspection comments and to customize the software just the way I wanted it. That made it a bit stressful in the beginning. Once I was fully set up, the process went much smoother. They take what you have to say to heart and ask if there is anything you would like to implement. Cons The product crashes once in a great while.
