Pros The Customer support has been amazing even though most of the time it has been user error on my side. The ease of use, great reports and being able to customize my templates. Cons I don't have anything negative that I could point to. while there is a learning curve to any software this one is so adaptable and intuitive. with full support online or on the phone any issue has been quickly dealt with. Eneris has been an amazing transition from our old software. Couldn’t be happier with the result! Pros Best customer service of any Inspection software I have ever used. Both clients and realtors have given amazing feed back on reports. Reporting side is detailed but simple enough to use that inspectors can still constraint on catching all deficiencies. This insures less chance of missing something! Would recommend this software to any level of inspection company new or seasoned! Cons Uploading can sometimes take sometime. Especially if you’re not in a great area with full bars. A small issue to deal with in the grand scheme of things.. Over the last few months they continuously added on more features to streamline our business. They team at Eneris listens to their customers and are always trying to improve. Thank you! Pros Great software overall (ease of use, versatility, reports for client), friendly service behind the Eneris product, and the team at Eneris is always looking to improve their software. Cons Some software interactions are glitchy. Such as when I edit a Additional Notes field and click Apply. It doesn't save the changes. I would have to re-edit. Uploading multiple photos into the software takes some, approx. 5 seconds. Or even taking photos directly on the Eneris software. We have a great relationship with the developers who are available for anything that comes up. Over the years we have been approached by other companies wanting us to make a switch, but we constantly turn them down primarily due to our relationship and terrific experience we continue to have with this company. Pros The things I like most about this software is the ease of use, great customer service, awesome finished reports and it's reasonably priced. Cons With the updated platform there aren't many cons but if we had to pick one, I would like to see more available character space within captured photos. Pros Eneris is a good home inspection software that is simple and easy to use. It allows you to prepare professional inspection reports efficiently, and its user-friendly interface makes it easier to manage your inspection work. I found other software have too many features that home inspectors in fact do not need at all. My clients found Eneris generated reports are easy to read. They have included everything you need to get going and they have made it easy to customize for your style of writing. There is not as much cut and paste as other programs. I used Horizon and Scribeware and was always frustrated by the vast libraries that did not hold the unique situation I was looking at. Cons There is a bit of work on the front end to get it the way you want....But on the other hand that is also the reason I like it. I can make it sound more like "me".
