Owner and Operator Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Excellent Service" January 31, 2024 5.0 Pros Straight forward, uncomplicated. They have included everything you need to get going and they have made it easy to customize for your style of writing. There is not as much cut and paste as other programs. I used Horizon and Scribeware and was always frustrated by the vast libraries that did not hold the unique situation I was looking at. Cons There is a bit of work on the front end to get it the way you want....But on the other hand that is also the reason I like it. I can make it sound more like "me". But the time it takes to sift through what they have done takes to long. I would rather develop my own. Home Inspector Real Estate Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Eneris for Home Inspections" May 5, 2023 4.0 Learning new software is always time consuming and challenging, I really appreciate that Eneris has a robust free trial allowing all the time you need to come to grips with the software before any money needs to exchange hands. Additionally, the support team has been incredibly responsive to my needs as well as being able to rapidly iterate on and quickly solve technical issues I've run into. Pros Eneris' primary component is a highly customization data entry system, which allows you to customize your reports and workflow. With robust offline mode, image annotation, and online report presentation it delivers easy to read reports in an otherwise information dense field. Cons Eneris is under current development adding new or updated features regularly. I would like to see an even greater degree of customization at the high level of report templating ie. Linked information, so if a data field is filled in a certain way then additional field would appear or set data could be auto populated. Review Source MI Matt I. January 19, 2022 5.0 Completely enabled us to focus on the inspection process, the homes themselves, the customers, and growing our business. The software just does what it's supposed to. Pros The ability to customize nearly everything, you can make the templates, the process, & the reports all work exactly as you want them to. Cons Integration was great, customization has been great, customer service has been over the top amazing. The thing I like the least is that I struggled using a competitors product for as long as I did before finding Eneris. Pros The personal customer service! They get back to us quickly, either by email, video chat or phone. Patiently answer all our questions. Very helpful! Once we've learned the process it's been smooth going. Cons There's been a learning curve, but we're not real computer savvy. Actually easier to use than the last one we tried so not much of a con. If you have a problem, you can rest assured that they take it seriously and in a timely manner. I HAVE NEVER SEEN CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS. Truly amazing and friendly people. Pros The software is easy to use and is not overdone. I have used many different companies and this company has it down. They take what you have to say to heart and ask if there is anything you would like to implement. Cons The product crashes once in a great while. At this juncture I am still customizing the software to manually address all that I need the software to do! Pros I cannot single out any one feature as being more impactful. On a whole as an interactive software all features combined is where the value is and what is necessary to produce the desired outcome which is a professional inspection report. Cons The dropdown menus that contain prepopulated descriptions and recommendations need to be updated and more information inclusive. Basically, customized common language of Home inspector's can be utilized rather than one word choices which are currently available. Reason for choosing Eneris The fact that I was given the opportunity to do two free inspections per month although not a paid subscriber. This was extremely helpful in learning the features of the software whereas, I was still pursuing my License requirements to become a home inspector. Review Source DH Dennis H. Since meeting with the developers at the start up 'till now, the support has been superb. The system is smooth and my client's feedback has always been positive. Pros Eneris was useable immediately. The learning curve was short and the time saving features were what I needed most. Cons Getting in on the ground floor meant that not all of the features were onboard immediately. But as they have been added the system just keeps getting better. Reason for choosing Eneris Eneris is an intuitive platform, streamlined, handsome, and user friendly. The fact that all my software needs are on one device and they are easy to use. Also, that everything is saved on the cloud. The response to my initial questions/concerns about adjusting to the software was very good. They are very open to criticism/concerns and are continually trying to update the software to meet my needs. Cons It starts off with almost a blank slate. It takes a while to load in all the home inspection comments and to customize the software just the way I wanted it. That made it a bit stressful in the beginning.
