### "One of the best, beter than Trustpilot"

Pretty simple: more revenue.

Pros

We work with several review systems. The worst is Trustpilot (functionality wise). Stamped is way better, better designed, more usefull functions and very good support (they listen en actually do something with feedback).

Cons

Nothing. Would be nice if they added service/company reviews (this way you can do both).

### "Solid Product - Gets the job done"

Good experience. Only switched to Yotpo because the client wanted customizations that weren't available via Stamped.io

Pros

It's a solid platform that does what most people need. Drives revenue and customer loyalty. Easy to use.

Cons

Not super customizable. Used it with BigCommerce and lacks important functionality. I understand some of this functionality is available when using it on Shopify, so I guess it just depends on platform.

Sometimes I needed some custom help and the customer service always managed to resolve my issue quickly.

Pros

Does what it does at a good price and great customer service.

Cons

Wish they came up with more apps for me to support them

Really good, particuarly the service. They also get back to you quickly and are generally very helpful.

Pros

Very easy to use. Simple to setup. Connects well with our existing technologies. Feels more professional than some of the other big competitors.

Cons

Not yet a Google partner, makes getting your reviews on Google shopping tricky.

Reason for choosing Stamped.io

Functionalities that are available for a more reasonable price.

Yotpo wasn't as good and was more expensive. No brainer.

Customer feedback with very little interaction from me.

Pros

LOVE that they pursue my customers automatically at the time sequence I decide. Love that reviews are curated (verified customer review) and very professional appearance. Seamless.

Cons

Nothing really. Very happy. At first I wasn't receiving notifications when a customer would review a product then realized I hadn't selected that option in settings. \[eyeroll\] so we're good now :-P

STAMPED IO's system is simple and efficient. Also customer service is always very prompt and very kind and STAMPED IO is reliable.

Cons

Stamped IO has many features which we are not yet using yet. We would like to try other features for our future business.

Pros

I love that Stamped IO allows our customers to share their pictures/videos and it verifies that they are an actual customer.

Cons

software is great. I recommend it and have had no problems

Pros

We switched from PowerReviews because that app was costing too much for the minimal review functionalities it offered. We switched to Stamped.io even when the company did not have a dedicated support yet. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team were very quick to respond to our questions and resolved all of our issues. It's fairly simple to use and we've actually increased the number of reviews we get on our site.

Cons

The app can be glitchy at times, but all you need to do is ask the Stamped.io team for a refresh.

One of the features I really like is the "checkout comments" feature. Just something extra that really sets stamped.io apart. I also love how I can send customers a URL to leave a review. It's perfect for when we see customers posting about our product on Instagram. We can easily send them the review link and ask if they could leave a review and upload their pic there!

Pros

Stamped.io is great. It's so inexpensive and you get everything you need. We're saving hundreds of dollars by using Samped.io over Yotpo. The interface is easy to use and it does everything we need it to do!

Cons

Overall I really like this reviews platform and haven't had any issues. Great price point and functionality.
