Thank you for the assistance, I hope you can improve the feature and ease of use in the future so the assistance you need to provide is not as intense and as frequent as we did. Pros Fast response team who can answer our questions, ability to customize the hall and booth. Registered users can be recorded in one place. Cons Landing page is really hard to customize, we end up building our own custom landing page. Although we appreciate the ability to customize the hall, it is also quite challenging, our creative team worked too hard customizing the booth one by one, even rotate the assets in the isometric view is not possible. Lots of "we don't have that feature yet, but we plan to implement them in the future" answer which is not helpful for us who is currently managing the event in the present. When managing announcement, we got confused because we thought the link is not attached, but it is just doesn't appear as different color, we only know them after asking fairwiz directly. The live chat options and virtual halls are a great way for these students to have a virtual experience at the university/campus although it's not exactly similar by attending an Open Day at campus. Pros It's simple and user friendly. Support team is excellent on providing information and immediate assistant. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! Cons Customisation on the landing page could be better - a bit difficult to play around with the layout. Other than it would be better if we have the freedom to control the size of the virtual hall and booth. Excellent technical support from the team. Pros Setting up virtual booth is very convenient and easy to use especially when uploading document or file. Overall the software is user friendly and value for money. Cons I would like to see this software supports video chat. The main hall design can be improved and perhaps a 3D look in the future.
