If ever I had questions or concerns, there was someone there to assist. The ease of use and integration process was fairly simple as compared to others. The software is a great value for the money. Two of the best features are invoicing and payment processing. Cons Although the software is great, the only downside is the processing time. As a small business, I need and rely on payments to be processed quicker than 7 business days. Hopefully that can be improved in the near future. I am out a significant amount of funds, no way to find out what happened to my payment, or where the check is currently and my project has been on hold now for more than 2 weeks since they did not deliver the contractor the check, and now I have been pushed to the back of the line for my project to start. First time user, and not so sure it is worth it if this is how they do business. Pros Easy to set up, seemed like a good way to take advantage of company CC rebates.
