" October 3, 2025 4.0 Pros The customer support with this company is top tier. If ever I had questions or concerns, there was someone there to assist. The ease of use and integration process was fairly simple as compared to others. The software is a great value for the money. Two of the best features are invoicing and payment processing. Cons Although the software is great, the only downside is the processing time. As a small business, I need and rely on payments to be processed quicker than 7 business days. Pros I love how I can set-up vendor for payment and then automated it each month. I can swap in and out credit cards to maximize rewards. Payments were made as shown in the final screen during payment and nothing is hidden in terms of charges and/or any criteria for payment processing. Pros Easy to navigate and select options, secure transactions, dashboard shows all previous activities and provide option to repeat the same option without filling out all the details again. Cons Some vendors, companies did not show up during search but those companies have agreements with Plastiq for payment processing and I receive the link from those vendors to carry out the payments. This was weird as if the vendor has an agreement with Plastiq then that vendor should show up during search.Another thing I don't like is that if I want to pay tomorrow then there is no option available for urgent processing of payment. I am out a significant amount of funds, no way to find out what happened to my payment, or where the check is currently and my project has been on hold now for more than 2 weeks since they did not deliver the contractor the check, and now I have been pushed to the back of the line for my project to start. First time user, and not so sure it is worth it if this is how they do business. Pros Easy to set up, seemed like a good way to take advantage of company CC rebates. Customer service is not very good. Cons Customer service was not a positive experience. They never followed through or responded. Terrible.
