Overall: It is user friendly.
Pros: Arena is a software mainly used for simple online or virtual events likes conferences, webinars, Online meetings and lots more. Though it is not free, it offers a free trials for new users. The fact that it has features such as live recordings, live streaming, live chats makes it very unique and homely.
Cons: There has been no regrets using Arena so far.

Overall: Very happy, will use it again.
Pros: I've become increasingly disillusioned with the virtual event software out there. Can be really expensive, and you're often forced into long contracts. How refreshing then to find something flexible, easy to use, and approachable. Looks great too. Very happy.
Cons: Nothing really, it does everything I needed.

Pros: I use Arena for BOM and supplier management and it works well with the all the basic features required. Also integrates well with other systems

Pros: Really easy to learn how to use and use it, especially for non tech-y people. Flexible and there are loads of options to customise each event and change the design, fonts etc. to match company branding. Breakout sessions available too
