Overall, my experience with ClientJoy has been very positive. It's a cost-effective solution that doesn’t compromise on features. The all-in-one approach has saved me time and helped streamline my workflow, making it easier to focus on growing my business. The platform is user-friendly, and the customer support is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance.

Pros

What I like most about ClientJoy is its affordability and the fact that it offers everything in one place. From lead tracking to invoicing and task automation, it’s all integrated seamlessly into one platform. This makes managing clients and projects much more straightforward and efficient.

Cons

The only downside I've encountered is that there are occasional minor bugs or glitches, but they are usually addressed quickly by the support team. A bit more customization in some features would be a nice addition, but overall, it doesn’t hinder the user experience.

It was the best money I ever spent on a piece of software. It works for what I need it for.

Pros

I love the user experience. It's easy on the eyes but also easy to navigate especially if you're tech-oriented.

Cons

I had a bit of difficulty setting up my subdomain for the client portal but got it sorted eventually.

Pros

Very versatile platform that covers a lot of needs. You can add custom fields to basically anything, set up your branding with a custom domain, and embed anything you want in client portals.

Cons

Only complaint is that contract templating doesn't allow you to use the receiver's VAT number as a field, and you can't connect multiple mailboxes (although that's a planned feature and might be available by the time you're reading this review).

The most best part of the Clientjoy CRM is the leads section as well as dashboard.

Cons

The least liked section in Clientjoy CRM is the email templates. The CRM must suggest the message content too along with the steps of creating an email sequence.

It's very easy to use and manage all the leads along with tracking the tasks and syncing the calendar.

I got in during the lifetime deal. So, for me, being able to use the CRM at the price I paid for it is great. I enjoy seeing the improvements you have made to the platform.

Cons

I don't like the price increase. I feel that the lifetime users should be able to add users at the original price.
