Pros

  • We loved the ease of importing our clients and the client portal is our favorite part of Clientjoy. The customer service is also top notch and they are constantly adding and improving things.

  • We love Client Joy for our business. The ease of use and quality of performance is outstanding.

  • I am happy with this app and I believe Client Joy will be a huge success in the years to come.

  • Seamless integration with easy to setup tutorial. They supported me every step of the way and now my clients are happy and I have a great lead gen.

Cons

  • I had a bit of difficulty setting up my subdomain for the client portal but got it sorted eventually.

  • The Interface is a bit too poor, yes I know they want to make it simple but too simple is just bad.

  • I thing the only thing that i don't like is Nothing.

  • As a user, the only thing I dislike is a complicated structure of features that seems difficult to understand.

"The all-in-one CRM I've been dreaming about"

Overall: Very please to discover this great all-in-one business CRM software!

Pros: I have research CRM options for years trying to find the perfect all-in-one solution for my small solopreneurship. It has been impossible to find one that fits all my needs to a tee. Finally after 7 years I'm thrilled to discover ClientJoy fits the bill! Great CRM product for small businesses like mine. Easy to set up, easy to use. Quite pleased so far!

Cons: I do not really have any cons so far. There are one or two things I'd like to see in future updates such as ability to set goals / goal tracking and bookkeeping / accounting.

"Been on the lookout for a solution like this for quite some time"

Pros: The entire process was very good. From the first demo meeting to the startup of the free trial. Whilst testing it out I realized that this is the exact solution that I have been looking for for quite some time. What I like most is the client portal, the notes per client, the opportunity for clients to upload files, sign documents and navigate to various different locations within the client portal. All in all I am happy with this solution and I will continue to look forward to see this solution in action.

Cons: At this moment there is not much I do not like.

"Just staring"

Overall: The customer service is pretty quick.

Pros: I love that it will keep track of my clients and all their information. I will also keep contact information.

Cons: I am waiting on the software to interface with Square.

"Excellent choice for most businesses who want quality on a budget"

Overall: quite positive. You won't go wrong with them. Minimalistic interfaces and a quick adaptation time

Pros: features packed into a great platform, flexible pricing options and a team that cares about their customers

Cons: Mailboxes connected to google and outlook

Alternatives Considered: ClickUp and Notion
Reasons for Choosing Clientjoy: simplicity and no needs to setup automations up from scratch. That makes the system easier to maintain and scale when the time's right

"Excellent service for everyone who expects maximum value for money"

Overall: My overall experience is positive as there are options for communicating with users and creating all necessary documents. Addon Branding Plus is recommended to be activated because CNAME, color customization, and logo addition can be possible.

Pros: I was impressed by the wide range of possibilities that the service offers. First of all, there is support for the currency I use, Serbian Dinar, there is Offline payment, which is an indispensable option for me. Clientjoy itself has automation and integration capabilities. I am a user of the Integrately service, and Clientjoy is ready for automation, which is even more impressive. A crucial option is a connection with an email client. I found an option for all specific needs, so I am satisfied with the possibilities offered by the service.

Cons: Some services are not yet active, such as client export. However, they are a hardworking team, and I believe the option will be available soon. After all, everything is transparent on the roadmap.

Reasons for Choosing Clientjoy: I found some alternatives, but ClientJoy offers the best service for the money. It's a win-win option for businesses that have constant interaction with clients.

"Ever Evolving"

Overall: Overall the customer service has been wonderful and I am excited to use this product to its fullest.

Pros: I liked how many features you had available from the start.

Cons: As of right now the only few things I would change is the ability to edit the customers info on the page where I can see all contacts. There is room for improvement on allowing more customization on the dashboard to make it more personal. I think allowing us to resize the columns in the client tab could also help as some can be shrunk to free up more space. Email segments are nice, but It would be better if we could send a multi email to a group of people from the contacts page. (These sound like a lot of changes to the contacts page, but coming from Pipedrive these are the reasons we used them for as long as we did)

"CRM Review 2023"

Pros: The most best part of the Clientjoy CRM is the leads section as well as dashboard.

Cons: The least liked section in Clientjoy CRM is the email templates. The CRM must suggest the message content too along with the steps of creating an email sequence.

Reasons for Choosing Clientjoy: It's very easy to use and manage all the leads along with tracking the tasks and syncing the calendar.

"We Love Client Joy"

Overall: Growing with this brand has been amazing. The updates have been awesome.

Pros: We love Client Joy for our business. The ease of use and quality of performance is outstanding.

Cons: It took us awhile to understand the process of editing. But that was due to beta roll out.

"ClientJoy is a fantastic tool for my life coaching business"

Overall: Exceptional business CRM tool, leads, sales, invoicing, contracts and white labelling have made my life a joyous one in life coaching/health and wellness business for my clients and future staff who will help manage this CRM. Truly a game changer for me.

Pros: Amazing CRM platform that is feature rich, white label and easy to use.I love the Invoicing feature with client portal where I can store client data for them to login and access their files, invoice and even embeds via the tabs.The customer support I recieved from Nirav has been splendid and helpful. I am grateful for this app to simplify my business process, sales and client management.Compared to other CRM software I have tested client joy appears to be simple and clean, the features that are truly useful are provided in a streamline UI. I am happy with this app and I believe Client Joy will be a huge success in the years to come.

Cons: There could be more integrations with other apps like zoom and google meet. Although the team are constantly building and I am sure these features will be implemented in time.

Reasons for Choosing Clientjoy: Ease of use, clean and simple user interface without the extra fluff. Pricing is exceptional value.

"Easy to use, Amazing customer service, Great Value"

Overall: It's been great. I recommend it all the time to small businesses just getting started.

Pros: We were lucky enough to get a lifetime license to ClientJoy so the price was unbeatable. It has all the functionality we need compared to the more expensive "name brand" solutions and the customer service can not be beat. It was literally ready to go in just a few easy steps. The product is still in development so new features are being added all the time and the team is really responsive to suggestions.

Cons: I would love to see a lifetime branding option versus the monthly add-on. In addition, some of the features and benefits are hard to find, but relatively easy to do use when you do.

"Clientjoy "

Overall: The overall experience has been very positive with lots of help along the way.

Pros: All customer contact details are stored on the account. Can use the Client Portal to upload confidential information. Clientjoy is easy to use and has a good support team if you have a problem.

Cons: If on occasion a feature is not available - Clientjoy asks for details on a separate form and endeavor to create or adapt the feature. They are always looking at ways to improve their program.

"Love this software"

Overall: They made everything a breeze in connecting like magic, I still cant even get my zoho mail sorted out and with a couple of button clicks this whole thing was setup. No joke! Support is super sweet and fast as well.

Pros: This is like one of the easiest things to implement. Way better than a Zoho or other bulky beast system. I dont know how they are doing this amazing of a job for the price but they really thought of eveything,

Cons: None yet really like it. I need to try the document and signing process for estimate and approvals still hoping it goes smooth. I would like to see more connections in but they have alot of zapier pably and other solutions. I think its pretty great software.

Reasons for Choosing Clientjoy: Other software as well was just grossly overpriced. I took a min to come around to Client Joy but love it. I am a web dev as well so I have great experience in tech and software and I have to say a lot of other choices just confused and frustrated me. I was able to have things up in like a day using this without even watching a tutorial.
Reasons for Switching to Clientjoy: Not great experience all around. Support just ghosts you and all products are great but NONE of them are together its like they made a perfect tool and shattered it all around into pieces.

"User Friendly Interface for both Agency and Clients Portal"

Overall: Highly recommended CRM for client management for an agency like mine or any other form of business that applies this kind of CRM.

Pros: I have watched a couple of CRM in the Market and by far client joy gives me the best for all my needs.- White Label Client Portal to make your agency looks so professional- Invoicing and Payment System- Data and File Document Sharing- App Integration like Drives and Project Management tools.- Email Sequencing- Auto Reminders and Clients Management- Scheduler- eSigning Contracts Capability- Sales and Finance Dashboard Tracker and so on.Good thing is they keep on improving and growing with very responsive support which for me is extremely important.definitely something I can highly recommend :)

Cons: The Dashboard Overview Data Interface has still some room for improvement but overall, I am very satisfied with how the y build the clientjoy.

"Ease and simple!"

Pros: The software is simple, elegant and very easy to use with a very cool client portal.

Cons: The only part of Clientjoy that I wish had more features is the lead management. My leads are interested in multiple offerings at once. It'd be able to track them with more than a tag .

Reasons for Switching to Clientjoy: Simplicity, I didn't need all the bells and whistles from the other app.

"Must To Have Tool"

Pros: We have used client joy for converting proposals to invoices with ease. Generating split, recurring, and scheduled invoices. It has provided us immense help through reminders for invoices so that we never have to remember the due dates of the invoices sent.

Cons: Nothing as of now. I feel all the features provided by Clientjoy are very important and useful in their own ways!

"CRM is very simple productive with Clientjoy"

Overall: Clientjoy is basically facilitating my sales management and lead management effectively. It is the total solution for my business, from the proposal phase to the sales process, customer & lead management, product management, email, and follow-up.

Pros: The user interface is very simple with most useability. Its learning curve is so simple that anyone can easily operate sales or other CRM activities through Clientjoy. I am very amazed by the workflow among invoicing, product management, and customer management. It also loves the in-built proposal section of Clientjoy.

Cons: The templates of the proposal section are pretty basic. I think the templates should be more dynamic and niche-oriented.

"Exactly What I needed"

Overall: I was able to find wonderful software for work that had great ratings and saved time thanks to Capterra, which is why it is the finest website that evaluates software.

Pros: A platform including all the necessary components for understanding and gaining a deeper understanding of the software. In the first place, it functions as a category-based search engine; in my case, I often hunt for forecasting and sales management solutions. Each software has its own description, pricing options, features, and user reviews, as well as direct connections to its source. Any platform, regardless of how obscure, may be discovered on Capterra, which is really valuable for the business when choosing on a product.

Cons: I take issue with the fact that there is no data that can be accessed by any reviewers. In the event that they have developed a reviewer profile, doing so will make it much simpler to comprehend and assess the review.

"The best CRM I have EVER used! "

Pros: After setting it up, it's become probably the most used software in my company. Helps us to improve our sales pipeline and keep tabs on our current customers.

Cons: The setup took the time (although this happens with all new software). The bonus is they offer to do this for you (payment required).

"They do business management right"

Pros: I’ve tried many all in one business management platforms and I end up not really using them due to them being not intuitive or missing some thing I need. Clientjoy checks all the boxes for me! Especially because it has a CRM, custom fields, email, automation, invoices, and white label.

Cons: There’s nothing really to dislike, they really put thought into each module.

"Great for Billing and Proposals"

Overall: I like it.

Pros: THE GOOD STUFF - Makes proposals easy and quick to put out. Convert to an invoice and I am done. I like the fact that you can take all kinds of payments including barter. We trade for a number of services. Overall I highly recommend.

Cons: The bad stuff - The proposals don't save easily as templates. That part is confusing. And so was the payment default to a processor I don't use. Made it tough to get paid.

Reasons for Switching to Clientjoy: GroovePay is impossible to record a payment a client paid by giving us a check instead of using the credit card option.

"Customer Support is EXTRAORDINARY"

Pros: The customer support team is very responsive and attentive to our needs. This is such a crucial factor when dealing with technology companies.

Cons: Our use case requires lead gen forms that are compatible with our tech stack. Although, Clientjoy does not have a native lead gen form feature, they have informed me that they are currently developing one.
