Pros

  • I love the ease of communicating with patients. I try to answer their questions and being able to text is a great feature.

  • I like how easy it is to contact patients and communicate with them.

  • I like the fact that you can have patient interaction if they needed any help you can help.

  • This texting platform has exceeded my expectations... amazing open/response rates.

Cons

  • So far, I don't think there is anything I dislike about Dialog Health.

  • In the past we have run into several issues with being charged for consoles that were no longer in use. This seems to have been resolved after working with our contact.

  • Since its implementation, we have had fewer cancellations and no shows which impacts our surgical schedule tremendously.

  • When patients don't read text message completely and misread the information given about appointment time/procedure prep.

"Give Dialog Health A Try!"

Overall: Overall my experience with Dialog Health is positive. I'm grateful to have a tool like this to enhance our organizations reach and sucesses.

Pros: Dialog Health has excellent customer service! All of my requests are handled so quickly and have detailed responses. When we wanted to add additional services for the people we serve, Dialog Health made it easy to implement on our end.

Cons: There is nothing I can think of, the platform does what it is designed to do very well. As opposed to say, trying to offer a bunch of services and not having perfected any of them.

"Great Platform. "

"Ortho Total Joints"

Overall: Great at preventing post operative problems/ER visits

Pros: Ease of use and close patient communication.

Cons: Not linking to office software Epic. I would often have to cross reference the patient in our system.

"Superb Texting Program"

Overall: Dialog Health is simply the best texting feature ever! My patients are loaded in automatically and receive all automated messages I setup to send, at the time I set them up to send at. I cannot even begin to explain how much easier this makes my job.

Pros: The ease of texting medical patients without problems.

Cons: None. I have never had a problem in the 3 years I have been using this program.

"Director of Revenue Integrity "

Overall: Overall great experience and service with Dialog Health!

Pros: The platform is very user friendly and provides the ability to personalize messages to an individual or send out campaign messages to a group. This feature has been very helpful in our collections department.

Cons: Due to system limitations, appointment updates need to be updated manually which causes additional work for the scheduling department.

"the best, i love to use it everyday "

"UNITEDTELEHEALTH AND DIALOG HEALTH"

Overall: VERY USER FRIENDLY AND OUR PATIENTS PREFER IT TO PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. ITS MORE CONVIENT TO EVERY DAY PATIENT USE AND BUSY SCHEDULES WHILE ALSO BEING SECURE.

Pros: SECURE TEXTING MAKES IT MUCH EASIER TO REACH PATIENTS

Cons: WHEN PATIENTS OPT OUT IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING

"Cudos to Dialog Health"

Overall: patients get the text messages in a timely manner. We love it

Pros: efficiency and ease of use. Great support at all times from DH staff!

"Excellent Platform"

Overall: Really nice platform, easy to use, very useful and it definitely make our jobs much easier.

Pros: I like that it makes it easier to get in contact with patients and they are also able to ask question before their appointments without having to call.

Cons: So far, I don't think there is anything I dislike about Dialog Health.

"Love the Ease of Communicating with Dialog Health"

Overall: I love how easy it is to communicate with patients! Questions can be answers really quickly! It makes communicating more efficient.

Pros: I love the ease of communicating with patients. I try to answer their questions and being able to text is a great feature.

Cons: Having to mark them after you communicate with the patient, I do not love adding the word "done."

"Excellent way for communicating with patients"

Overall: We have had excellent feed back overall with our patients. They like that they can text a question back about upcoming procedure without having to make phone call and get a quick response back.

Pros: Direct texting with patients when they have questions

Cons: when patients don't read text message completely and misread the information given about appointment time/procedure prep

"Wonderful System "

"Seamless communication"

Overall: I've used it for over four years now and have not run into any issues. Any technical issues are corrected in an instant.

Pros: Being able to interact with my patients on a daily basis no matter what the need

"easy texting"

Pros: You can communicate with patients who never answer call, quick reminders, and other questions.

Cons: It would be nice if they have tabs for what the patient is texting for. i.e; Scheduling, billing, nurse question, etc.

"Dialog Health"

"Great service"

Pros: Very easy platform for patients and staff to use. Greatly reduces staffing hours that would be spent phoning patients if texting service not in use.

Cons: No cons at this time, staff is very happy with service. Price is reasonable for service

"Reasons to use Dialog Health"

Overall: Dialog Health, the company, and their staff have been extremely helpful in getting this system up and running for our facility. Since its implementation, we have had fewer cancellations and no shows which impacts our surgical schedule tremendously.

Pros: We were able to customize our phrases and content to exactly what we needed them to say to our clientele. The developer was able to help us frame a very professional text. Also we are able to do direct texting if necessary to our patients

Cons: I have found nothing that I do not like about Dialog Health

"You will not be disappointed"
