Pros
I love the ease of communicating with patients. I try to answer their questions and being able to text is a great feature.
I like how easy it is to contact patients and communicate with them.
I like the fact that you can have patient interaction if they needed any help you can help.
This texting platform has exceeded my expectations... amazing open/response rates.
Cons
So far, I don't think there is anything I dislike about Dialog Health.
In the past we have run into several issues with being charged for consoles that were no longer in use. This seems to have been resolved after working with our contact.
Since its implementation, we have had fewer cancellations and no shows which impacts our surgical schedule tremendously.
When patients don't read text message completely and misread the information given about appointment time/procedure prep.

Overall: Overall my experience with Dialog Health is positive. I'm grateful to have a tool like this to enhance our organizations reach and sucesses.
Pros: Dialog Health has excellent customer service! All of my requests are handled so quickly and have detailed responses. When we wanted to add additional services for the people we serve, Dialog Health made it easy to implement on our end.
Cons: There is nothing I can think of, the platform does what it is designed to do very well. As opposed to say, trying to offer a bunch of services and not having perfected any of them.

Overall: Dialog Health is simply the best texting feature ever! My patients are loaded in automatically and receive all automated messages I setup to send, at the time I set them up to send at. I cannot even begin to explain how much easier this makes my job.

Cons: None. I have never had a problem in the 3 years I have been using this program.

Pros: The platform is very user friendly and provides the ability to personalize messages to an individual or send out campaign messages to a group. This feature has been very helpful in our collections department.
Cons: Due to system limitations, appointment updates need to be updated manually which causes additional work for the scheduling department.
