The most i liked about using this software is organization.
Overall I enjoy the ease of use and features. I like being able to quickly send chats and share files with team members.
I love the software and it is very useful for the employees.
It's been nice to have the ability to track all Covid-19 cases and exposure when we were in the height of the pandemic.
Cons
The software can be time consuming when there are mistakes on the associates name.
Employees tend to forget or decide to stop answering the text messages. Also, being able to create or print a list of who selected "clear" wasn't easy.
As an administrator, it is frustrating to have to select all employees before you can search for an employee.
Some software glitches and notices being sent out twice causes confusion with my employees.
"Team Sense from a Managers stand point"
Pros: Quick and easy to understand staffing at start of shift to make adjustments as needed. I know from emails before I get to work who has already called off. I can go to reports to make manager notes and time sheet code changes at a later date.
Cons: No improvements as of now- I am glad you changed it from having to run a report to see who called out. That saves so much time! Thanks

Pros: Easy to customize a last minute communication that needs to go to employees outside of business hours. Especially for those employees that don't have company email.
Cons: As an administrator, it is frustrating to have to select all employees before you can search for an employee. Small detail but should be an easy fix for the software designer.

Overall: Absolutely fabulous! We regularly exchange ideas on product capabilities and improvements. The teams is always looking to continue to develop the software into what customers want and need.
Pros: The software and the team behind it are easy to use and we have been able to flex and enhance the system as our individual business needs change.
Cons: We've only really had issues with the mobile carriers kicking out surveys.
