\[sensitive content hidden\] did a GREAT job at explaining the application and the full understanding of the product.

Pros

the ease of the application, was able to create my design without assistance. Was great to have additional support and understanding of the features during my training call.

Cons

several quality of the images displayed in low resolution, image does not appear the same in preview as it does on the actual tv display.
