The platform is user-friendly, integrates easily with my eCommerce store, and automates a lot of the fulfillment process, making my life much easier. Their customer support is also excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help optimize my setup. Cons There’s a bit of a learning curve when getting started, but once everything is set up, it runs smoothly with minimal effort. If you want to cut shipping costs and speed up deliveries without the hassle, Cahoot is a great choice! Also, we have seen net costs substantially decrease when comparted to Amazon FBA Pros Cutting edge software that enables business the ability to partner with multiple distribution centers.We found Cahoot when looking for partners who offer Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime capabilities. Additionally we found Cahoot was one of the only 3PLs that let you utilize your own warehouses in addition to their network. Once everything is setup correctly, the software automates shipping by location and price. Another great thing about Cahoot is the potential to become part of their network if you have excess warehouse space and can ship per their requirements and your location expands their network effectively. Cons Like any new software, initial setup takes time is challenging for employees to learn. COO Consumer Goods Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Cahoot saves time and processes orders faster" April 30, 2024 5.0 Cahoot has been an amazing addition to our business. We needed a partner that allowed us to ship faster, have shipping labels created automatically, and control our shipping costs. We could find other products that did one or two items well, but they never did the entire package and at the same time continue to be affordable. With Cahoot we are able pick, pack and ship so much faster. Before, we were routinely rushing until 6pm to get orders out, but now, we're done most days by 4pm and that leaves us a 1-hour break to clean up and ensure everything is completed successfully. Our shipping supervisors are actually able to supervise the entire process rather than just the shipping label process, which will make our entire team more efficient. As a result, we've changed our team's hours and they get out of work earlier and we are getting more done than just taking care of orders (cleaning, maintenance, etc.). The best part - we've been able to reduce our numbers by 2 employees. The ability to make sure that team members know what boxes to use is also invaluable. We are able to maintain inventory of boxes which means we know when to order more and can better budget for this cost. It also means that all team members are using the same box for items and it's the most cost effective box. Additionally, the Cahoot team is amazing to work with. They are organized and have the training expertly set up. They are responsive and always helpful. I look forward to seeing what they come up with next because I know it will be great. I also appreciate their knowledge in the industry and their understanding and leadership on what it takes to meet all the ecommerce and marketplace requirements. Cahoot will not dissapoint you! Pros Ease of use, organized and efficient training, cost savings, streamlined picking, packing and shipping. Cons My team being hesitatnt about letting go of their own way of doing things. Other than that, Cahoot is great and my team needs to just trust the process. Alternatives considered [ShipStation](https://www.capterra.com/p/155621/ShipStation/) Reason for choosing Cahoot ShipStation charges additional fees for various items and we were going to see a tremendous increase over Desktop Shipper (the software platform we were with prior to Cahoot). Pros I can't think of another B2B company I've ever used that have enhanced our business so radically. Their systems and customer service is incredible. Cons It took me a week or so to really get used to their systems, but not i have I totally get it and would want to go back to our previous system. Minor feature deficiencies made up for by the overall gains in efficiency and cost savings. Note, order volume must be at a certain level to justify the platform costs, which are not unreasonable. Pros Very efficient warehousing & shipping service that helps our company save money on order fulfillment and postage costs. Quick shipping of all orders and confident that we are getting the best postage rates due to geographically optimized shipping. Automatic billing and realtime inventory availability. Cons Some reporting tools are a little tricky to figure out at first. Orders and shipments can be split apart, but no ability to manually combine orders or edit order contents before shipping. We've just recently launched and from start to finish they've helped us along the way. Our orders ship super quickly and accurately. Very impressed. Pros Cahoot does a great job. Their customer service is awesome and they ship super fast. As a new brand they helped us get everything implemented with Shopify and have been great to work with. Quick shipment Cons We have more than 1 year working with Cahoot and we haven't found yet a cons :) Reason for choosing Cahoot We found the rates all the 3PL warehouses considered, were offering way more expensive service rates.
