We are able to effectively roll out the mentor-mentee program using this platform. Got more visibility in terms of knowing available resources, their skill sets, and expertise. The team is able to easily find available resources, their skill sets, and expertise, and request them for mentorship/guidance. Easy to use interface, very smooth on-boarding and team could easily adapt to the platform. Cons The report feature is good but there is an opportunity to make it more interactive.
