I had used the chat support and attended Delenta's webinars which allow for dialog and demos of features. This level of support is amazing and shows me how much they believe in this product.

Pros

Firstly, I love the support from Delenta staff they are incredibly kind. Secondly, one of my favorite things about the system is the customizable profile/landing page. To be able to add my branding and voice for potential and existing clients to choose what they desire from me. The system also has so much flexibility to show pro bono coaching versus paid and individual vs group vs course content. It can really do anything that current coaches are involved with their practice.

Cons

I'm having a hard time coming up with a least likeable trait here. There are so many features that allow for the utmost customization from packages, adding forms, and creating courses.

When the AI Bot couldn’t provide the support I needed, the Delenta Support team, especially Tharini, stepped in quickly.

I’ve found that some parts of Delenta remain unclear. There are gaps in how to use certain features.

First and foremost, I am so grateful for the personal care that I received from \[sensitive content hidden\] while I was frantically looking for another solution when Practice closed shop. I appreciate the customized care and delivering even more than I expected. As a solopreneur/coach, it is imperative to have a one stop shop for all of my CRM needs.

Cons

I'm not sure if I missed it when I initially onboarded, but I learned a lot from the recent live call to maximize the functionality on my end.

Aside from all the invisible administrative heavy lifting and support, the customer service is awesome. They are super responsive to your queries and you feel seen and valued.

Pros

There's a really long to-do checklist when onboarding a client and most of this is just critical administrative work but what I've found through Delenta is a platform that takes away the stress of everything (automatically) leaving you with the time and energy to do the most important work - coaching your client! It's the coach's best friend!

Cons

The cost is a bit on the high end for a coach now starting out but affordability varies from one person to another.

Pros

Delenta takes all the bits in my coaching business that I don’t want to spend time doing and systemises them. It frees up my time to focus on helping my clients rather than getting bogged down in admin and repetitive tasks.

Cons

The cost can feel tough when you’re just starting out as it's another platform to invest in when, as a new coach, your main focus is simply getting clients!

So far, my experience has been good - mainly because the Delenta team has gone the extra mile in terms of support and trying to understand my needs. If they can keep this level of care and support in place, they will go far.

Pros

I am still very new to Delenta, but what I have discovered so far is that 1. The Customer Support is 5-star - extremely responsive, professional, but still human. The platform is not overly complicated in terms of setup and easy to navigate around. Weekly training sessions is a bonus. It also allows you to collaborate and interact with other coaches using the platform.

Cons

There is always an issue with pricing for those who are not earning yet. This is a challenge for anyone running a business who wants to make it accessible but also make money from it.

It was late in 2023 when I realised how much time my cobbled together systems were costing me. A booking calendar, contract app, dropbox, course plugin via wordpress, XERO, emails, messenger… the list went on and on. Madness! And so began my search for a new approach. There are quite a few options offered to Coach/Consultants like me, and I researched them all, but Delenta stood out because it seamlessly co-ordinates so many pieces of the puzzle. Now onboarding new clients, contracts, payments, ongoing communication, session bookings, notes, goals and tasks, even courses are all in the one spot – it’s transformational! I also love how available and responsive the entire Delenta Team are. After initial training to familiarise me with the platform they continue to promptly and personally answer any questions, a rare level of customer service that I really appreciate. The team is refreshingly open to feedback and suggestions – a couple of requests I’ve made have already been incorporated into the platform and I’m excited by the product roadmap plans that have been shared with users. I’ve been encouraging my colleagues to explore Delenta and I encourage you to as well. It’s a professional, robust platform with amazing support.

I find that Delenta is easier to use and maintain unlike other coaching platforms wherein it's more intimidating to use and may require tech or VA support. With Delenta just anyone can go in set it up and edit or add materials for coaching packages, profile page or even share resources with my clients with a single click. Another problem I've solved with Delenta in my coaching business is in terms of price & time , I have really saved a lot more by switching to Delenta. I am so glad I found Delenta.

Pros

What I like best about Delenta is that you can easily set up your account with ease and start using the platform in less than 30 mins. This is truly a one stop solution where you can have your own webpage ( No more website needed) with your availability calendar embedded to your profile. Best part all the leads are captured and sent directly to my CRM. I can sell my coaching packages, automate my payment, have my coach notes and assign task to my clients in one place. My clients too find it extremely easy to onboard and love the overall experience. I still have a lot to explore in Delenta and it really is an all in one platform.

Cons

Theres nothing specific that i dislike about the platform. I am waiting for the courses & mobile app to be launched. Overall, I can say that Delenta is still a great deal and for its price you can already do a LOT.

Delenta is an excellent solution for automating the processes of conducting coaching and mentoring sessions. You no longer need to have a lot of Google documents to work with a client, mark payments, and send out mailings. It's all in one convenient place.

Everything I need is integrated in one place - from client notes to automated e-mails, CRM, Zoom and Stripe. Wish I had Delenta when I started my business, it would have saved me so much time and money.

Cons

Some of the newer features are a tiny bit clunky. This is very minor, e.g wording that can potentially be improved in an automated e-mail. The Support team has been incredibly responsive and happy to iron out anything the users need.

It has been very good overall. I was able to use the chat function and select webinars to get assistance when I needed it, and integrate it with my website. All of the functions have worked well, and I have not had any major challenges. It definitely makes my life as a coach easier!

Pros

I like the integrations and the ability to tailor it to my needs. It helps me provide a good customer experience for my clients, and makes the administrative portion of my job much easier.

Cons

I would like to be able to better see what the customers are experiencing...I think I would like to receive a copy of everything they receive (or at least have that as an option). Some things are not intuitive...the profile page for example...you can navigate the basics, but I think there is an opportunity to make it much better, but I can't figure out how to do that.

From the time I started with the trial period, I was very impressed. I could see immediately where I would be able to streamline so many facets of my Coaching business that were scattered across different apps and platforms.

Cons

Honestly nothing so far that's a deal breaker. I would love to see more apps integrated the way Zoom is, for example Discord, as I also use Discord as a community hub for my clients.

With Pensight I had to make a unique coupon code for each client so they could "sign up" for those included services — and they had to do it every month. Hard to say. In the beginning I wanted more integrations for the tools I already use, like FloDesk, but that's been solved with the addition of Zapier.

Very happy with my decision to partner with Delenta. I did very thorough research on the best platforms in the market and was won over by the personal touch their team takes and their consistently quick response anytime I have a question or tech issue.

Pros

There’s so much to like about the platform. Having everything I do as a coach in one place was a game changer for me. I also appreciate the multiple ways I can stay connected to my clients between sessions. And many clients have told me that they really appreciate having the practices, exercises and resources I share with them organized in one place.

Cons

Delenta does a great job of frequent updates based on feedback and suggestions. So many pain points have been addressed. Right now I think the calendar integration can be improved with more options around buffers between sessions.

Pros

I am planning to launch my career coaching business in August and just signed up for a Delenta subscription. I wasn't sure I needed a client portal and I looked at a lot of different options. I am really impressed with how intuitive and comprehensive the platform is and how many options there are for integrations (e.g. I prefer PayPal but most coaching platforms use only Stripe). What I'm most impressed by, however, is the customer service! I have had two issues since signing up (related to the fact that I switched emails halfway through the process) and customer service has been immediate, effective, and very professional. Can't say enough good things!

Cons

I would like for there to be more customizable fields in client profile records.I've already been told that this is pretty straightforward and that it can be put on the list for development. Love that!

Delenta has helped me streamline my operations AND present a more polished experience to my clients. We like to think of Delenta as the experience our clients get in between live coaching sessions. It truly feels like an extension of our brand and our services.

Pros

Delenta truly is an all-in-one platform that I can customize and brand to fit my Coaching business! I was able to ditch several different platforms in order to use just this one. They always have support available, including live trainings.

Cons

Delenta did not integrate with my current financial system, so I did have to get a Stripe account. Seriously though, it's the only down side.

Delenta had ALL the features I needed in one place, plus I liked what I read about the leadership and culture of the product.

Nudge closed it's doors and I was forced to go shopping. I'm glad it happened! Before that I used Coach Accountable which was okay, but it was a one-person team.
