I had used the chat support and attended Delenta's webinars which allow for dialog and demos of features. This level of support is amazing and shows me how much they believe in this product.

Pros

Firstly, I love the support from Delenta staff they are incredibly kind. Secondly, one of my favorite things about the system is the customizable profile/landing page. To be able to add my branding and voice for potential and existing clients to choose what they desire from me. The system also has so much flexibility to show pro bono coaching versus paid and individual vs group vs course content. It can really do anything that current coaches are involved with their practice.

Cons

I'm having a hard time coming up with a least likeable trait here. There are so many features that allow for the utmost customization from packages, adding forms, and creating courses.

Delenta has completely changed the way we manage our coaching practice. From sign up to on-boarding, the process was smooth and stress-free. Navigating Delenta is simple to use. The clean interface makes it easy to manage coaches and clients. I love that communication, notes and progress tracking can be viewed in one central place. Overall, Delenta delivers exceptional value for coaches who want an all-in-one platform. It's reliable, beautifully designed, and built with the needs of coaching professionals in mind.

There are so many aspects of Delenta I like. I love the customization of our site and the ease of use it provides. Delenta's customer service is impeccable. \[sensitive content hidden\], has been an amazing person to work with. She has helped us tremendous along the way with any questions, or feedback we had. \[sensitive content hidden\] is thoughtful, kind and efficient. Delenta's help guide is also very useful and well put together. I use it often. If i need a quick answer I can't find in the guide I refer to the chat bot. Lastly, features such as reports gives us insight into metrics and where we can improve or grow.

Cons

I actually struggled to think of what I don't like about Delenta. Perhaps, more accessibility as an enterprise user to edit sessions on our coach's behalf.

Support is responsive, accessible, and genuinely helpful—often getting back ASAP. I especially appreciate the ability to chat with someone directly while on the site or book time with a team member who will walk you through questions step by step. That level of hands‑on support makes a huge difference. From a value perspective, Delenta is amazing for the price. Because Delenta offers so many functions, the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first—especially for new users. More structured user guides, particularly short video walkthroughs, would make onboarding even smoother and help users get up to speed faster. One additional feature request is the ability to add multiple email recipients to calendar appointments, which would be helpful when working with assistants, co‑coaches, or corporate clients. also, be able to edit images directly for size.

It has been very good overall. I was able to use the chat function and select webinars to get assistance when I needed it, and integrate it with my website. All of the functions have worked well, and I have not had any major challenges. It definitely makes my life as a coach easier!

Pros

I like the integrations and the ability to tailor it to my needs. It helps me provide a good customer experience for my clients, and makes the administrative portion of my job much easier.

Cons

I would like to be able to better see what the customers are experiencing...I think I would like to receive a copy of everything they receive (or at least have that as an option). Some things are not intuitive...the profile page for example...you can navigate the basics, but I think there is an opportunity to make it much better, but I can't figure out how to do that.

Pros

From the time I started with the trial period, I was very impressed. I could see immediately where I would be able to streamline so many facets of my Coaching business that were scattered across different apps and platforms.

Cons

Honestly nothing so far that's a deal breaker. I would love to see more apps integrated the way Zoom is, for example Discord, as I also use Discord as a community hub for my clients.

So many things need to be automatically available to a client when they sign up for my Membership. With Pensight I had to make a unique coupon code for each client so they could "sign up" for those included services — and they had to do it every month. Half of them forget and it made my business a mess. I also NEVER got the kind of feedback and support as I've gotten from the Delenta team. And they have no app!

When the AI Bot couldn’t provide the support I needed, the Delenta Support team, especially Tharini, stepped in quickly.

I’ve found that some parts of Delenta remain unclear. There are gaps in how to use certain features.

First and foremost, I am so grateful for the personal care that I received from \[sensitive content hidden\] while I was frantically looking for another solution when Practice closed shop. I appreciate the customized care and delivering even more than I expected. As a solopreneur/coach, it is imperative to have a one stop shop for all of my CRM needs.

Cons

I'm not sure if I missed it when I initially onboarded, but I learned a lot from the recent live call to maximize the functionality on my end.

My overall experience with Delta has been amazing. Like anything with technology there is always a bit of a learning curve but with the great Delta message bots and also the great customer service with real people. They will do everything they can in their power to help you get the answers you need.

Pros

It’s a great all in one package. I love that you can have the discovery call and lead form set up. I love the calendar I love that you can create various packages and they can be link to zoom or Google meet. And have a form attached. I love that yuou can have a coaching agreement attached to the package. I love that it integrates with stripe. I love that sessions can be logged for ICF. I love that it’s a CRM. I love that it has its own APP - as I am not tech savvy. The customer support is far greater than I expected. And wouldn’t imagine any other company to be better. They are about to do a massive upgrade to Delenta-i, so i am looking forward to even more improvements.

Cons

The only downside at the moment is, i need to export my clients completed forms in CSV format to sheets or excel and i dont know how to make it look readable.

The team and the simplicity of the platform. There are true generous and kind humans behind the platform. People that knows what is really necessary to support the marketing and enhance the relationship with the clients and they have created a platform that is easy, elegant and effective.

Cons

A temporary lack of automatic translation of every content in a different language, like Italian. Many of my Italian clients unfortunately don't speak English and if I want to use every tool available I have to translate them.

It was late in 2023 when I realised how much time my cobbled together systems were costing me. A booking calendar, contract app, dropbox, course plugin via wordpress, XERO, emails, messenger… the list went on and on. Madness! And so began my search for a new approach. There are quite a few options offered to Coach/Consultants like me, and I researched them all, but Delenta stood out because it seamlessly co-ordinates so many pieces of the puzzle. Now onboarding new clients, contracts, payments, ongoing communication, session bookings, notes, goals and tasks, even courses are all in the one spot – it’s transformational! I also love how available and responsive the entire Delenta Team are. After initial training to familiarise me with the platform they continue to promptly and personally answer any questions, a rare level of customer service that I really appreciate. The team is refreshingly open to feedback and suggestions – a couple of requests I’ve made have already been incorporated into the platform and I’m excited by the product roadmap plans that have been shared with users. I’ve been encouraging my colleagues to explore Delenta and I encourage you to as well. It’s a professional, robust platform with amazing support.

Delenta is the best! They allow me to focus on my client and servicing them well. The onboarding process that my client experiences are second to none. I needed some assistance during the weekend where Delenta employees are closed. I actually was helped by a tech employee who just happened to see my message for help and although he was off work he jumped on a private zoom call with me and walked me through the issues I was having! You cant beat that!!! I love Delenta for that!

Pros

The feature that I love the most is being able to sent video messages to my clients or stay in contact with them in between sessions! I love that the customer service is so willing to assist me when I am stuck on something.

Cons

I would love to have the ability to remove packages that clients make have accidentally clicked on without having to wait for customer service especially if it occurs over the weekend.

Reason for choosing Delenta

Delenta had everything all in one platform. What won me over was I would be able to build out Courses right on the platform instead of using separate platforms.

Since using the platform, my clientele increased!

Pros

As a coach I endlessly searched for a platform that housed my clients from a cradle to grave approach. I desired one where I didn't have to focus on billing, emails, coach notes, etc - time taken away from my clients doing backend work...and I found Delenta! What a game-changer! The platform takes care of everything giving me time back to my clients. I don't have to worry about invoicing, payments, scheduling...I only focus on my clients - what I should be doing. I'm able to provide 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and eCourses. You can't go wrong with Delenta! The team is fast to respond to any issues and quick to implement new ideas - they're constantly innovating, bettering the coach/client experience. I'm a happy coach for sure and highly recommend this platform.

I LOVE their customer service.

Pros

There are many platforms that promise a lot for coaches and their business. What sold me on Delenta was their phenomenal customer service. We had a question/issue and they are quick to respond and if there is an issue to fix it as well. On top of that, they listen to the consumer and are willing to consider the suggestion. In this day and age, it’s unheard of to have a company be so receptive.

Cons

I think the calendar functionality could improve a little bit in regards to it having more time slot options instead of set times.

I absolutely love this portal, it's so great for us to organize everything in one place. The more new features that come into play are getting better and better too. It now rates my calls with my clients against ICF Markers and it's AMAZING!!! Their customer service is great as well and they are able to help me fix anything I need support with. I have over 75 clients in here that I'm managing and it's so EASY to keep everything in one place!!

Pros

Delenta is just the platform that I was looking for to manage all of my client information, and my clients love it as well. We can track all of our calls, notes, tasks and goals as well as a resource library. Not to mention you can build out courses as well.

Cons

I love the calendar feature, it's just a bit limited and not quite working how I would like it to, but it's not enough for me to get an additional calendar scheduling app outside of it.

Pros

The customer support at Delenta is amazing! You can really tell that the \[sensitive content hidden\] and the employees truly care about providing the best service and advice for their customers. They all have a genuine desire to make Delenta the coaching platform of choice for our profession. Also important to note is that the platform is so easy to use. It is very intuitive. They have an amazing catalog of help guides as well plus an entire set of videos to walk you through how to set up your profile and business account. The team is also staying ahead of the curve by keeping innovation at the forefront. I am beyond excited about all of the upgrades they are doing to the platform. These upgrades are going to make the client experience exceptional.

Cons

I do not have anything to say that is negative about the platform or the people! While there may be little things in the future, I have not experienced anything yet!

Aside from all the invisible administrative heavy lifting and support, the customer service is awesome. They are super responsive to your queries and you feel seen and valued.

Pros

There's a really long to-do checklist when onboarding a client and most of this is just critical administrative work but what I've found through Delenta is a platform that takes away the stress of everything (automatically) leaving you with the time and energy to do the most important work - coaching your client! It's the coach's best friend!

Cons

The cost is a bit on the high end for a coach now starting out but affordability varies from one person to another.

I love that Delenta offers a great value for all the resources and integrations. It's truly designed for the coach looking to scale. Their professional development, client/customer support and investment in your success as a human and a business is a coach's dream come true.

Cons

Hard to say. In the beginning I wanted more integrations for the tools I already use, like FloDesk, but that's been solved with the addition of Zapier.

Delenta takes all the bits in my coaching business that I don’t want to spend time doing and systemises them. It frees up my time to focus on helping my clients rather than getting bogged down in admin and repetitive tasks.

Cons

The cost can feel tough when you’re just starting out as it's another platform to invest in when, as a new coach, your main focus is simply getting clients!

Pros

I appreciate the value for the money, integrated processes , professional development and excellent customer service.

Cons

Unable to cancel individual participants from a group coaching sessions if needed. Would love a back office integration for accounting.

Cost even though Acuity was much more intuitive, Delenta’s platform is overall more robust.

Very good platform, nice and simple, competitive pricing and always innovating. Links to all the main tech systems that you need

Pros

Simple, and clear interface. Connects with the main tools. They have a very responsive and helpful tech support team.

Cons

Takes a little getting used to the interface and some of the tech set-up (like adding VAT etc) can be a bit more complex but their tech team is on hand and very helpful
