This level of support is amazing and shows me how much they believe in this product. Pros Firstly, I love the support from Delenta staff they are incredibly kind. Secondly, one of my favorite things about the system is the customizable profile/landing page. To be able to add my branding and voice for potential and existing clients to choose what they desire from me. The system also has so much flexibility to show pro bono coaching versus paid and individual vs group vs course content. It can really do anything that current coaches are involved with their practice. Cons I'm having a hard time coming up with a least likeable trait here. There are so many features that allow for the utmost customization from packages, adding forms, and creating courses. I am really impressed with how intuitive and comprehensive the platform is and how many options there are for integrations (e.g. I prefer PayPal but most coaching platforms use only Stripe). What I'm most impressed by, however, is the customer service! I have had two issues since signing up (related to the fact that I switched emails halfway through the process) and customer service has been immediate, effective, and very professional. Switched from [Nudge Coach](https://www.capterra.com/p/159230/Nudge-Coach/)[CoachAccountable](https://www.capterra.com/p/156610/CoachAccountable/) Nudge closed it's doors and I was forced to go shopping. I'm glad it happened! Before that I used Coach Accountable which was okay, but it was a one-person team.
