Path is the best tool for the price in the small business niche. Customer service is responsive (huge plus). I save hours of coding google sheets and just use Path now. Pros Path allows you to create KPIs customized to YOUR business. Stats like how much money you make per square foot of your store. Cons The software does take a little bit poking around, but they have videos on YouTube that make the learning curve faster. Path fits the need. Pros I use Path as an advisor. It helps give my clients more clarity and access to their metrics. The Industry Comparison and Data Mash features help focus our conversations and track the metrics that are important to each client. Cons There is a lot of potential in Path. I'm very much looking forward to using this software to share financial data with my staff to increase employee buy in as well as helping clients see more value from their businesses. Pros A simplified dashboard with powerful calculation tools behind it--as accountants, we will be able to create KPIs and present them to clients in a way that they will be able to understand. Unlike other dashboard softwares, KPIs are easy to tailor and will actually be specific to each individual user. Cons So far, no issues. I did have a learning curve with choosing the correct categories to calculate the KPIs correctly but support walked me through it.
