Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena, hemos incrementado ventas en los últimos 6 meses, claro... todo esto acompañado de campañas publicitarias, pero sin el control correcto de mensajes, esto no hubiera sido posible.

Pros

La ventaja que tengo con Leadsales es lo intuitiva que es la plataforma. No tuve que darle una capacitación a mi equipo para que supiera utilizarlo. Otra ventaja es el soporte que tienen, en todo momento nos han apoyado cuando ha surgido alguna duda ¿.

Cons

En lo personal nada nos ha parecido malo. El funcionamiento de la plataforma es bueno y nos sirve para lo que necesitamos.

sin duda alguna nos ha encantado, hemos trabajado por el momento de manera ordinaria sin novedad, y esperamos mantenernos con ustedes, varios años

la practicidad, interfaz sencilla, mayor control en los seguimientos, en búsqueda y disminución de prospectos duplicados

Cons

tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestra carga masiva y no les llegaron los mensajes, que no se pueda mandar masivos, o enviar algun correo

Utilizar este CRM nos ha ayudado basatante, sobretodo con el tema de programar mensajes, hay veces donde teniamos que estar escribiendo enviarle mensaje a los proveedores cada més... pero ahora y lo tenemos automatizado Támbien nos gusta que somos 3 personas utilizando la misma cuenta, eso nos facilita mucho ver en que etapa van los contactos para no repetir los mensajes

Pros

\-Los puntos más positivos que vemos son la facilidad para poder tener todas nuestras redes conectadas (utilizamos WhatsApp y facebook) -Fue muy fácil de entenderle a la aplicación

Cons

Lo unico que no nos ha gustado tanto puede ser el color (nos gustaria una versión oscura) pero eso ya es más tema personal en como se ve

Terrible! el día que hubo una reunión grupal con varios interesados en adquirir el software, uno de ellos se quejó por un cobro indebido, en ese momento me dio mala vibra, pero lo dejé pasar, la encarga de la reunión en su momento dijo que era un error y bla bla... bueno me pasó lo mismo, luego de probar la plataforma y no recibir ningún tipo de apoyo por parte de ellos decidí darme de baja y pues que creen... me debitaron 83.99 usd sin mi permiso, a pesar de yo haberme dado de baja.

Pros

La plataforma es 100% amigable, y el embudo de ventas es muy bueno.

Cons

El chat de WhatsApp business no cargaba correctamente, no se desginaban leads de forma correcta, la asistencia técnica de "hazlo tú" me pareció decepcionante.

Los embudos estan muy faciles y comodos de usar

Esta súper mala la plataforma, hay mensajes que no llegan pero en whats app si están, estoy perdiendo cotizaciones o pagos de clientes porque no están en la app. En le chat de soporte di varios ejemplos y no contestan. Me cambie de plataforma por el tema de embudos (que esta muy útil) pero no sirven de nada por que estoy perdiendo clientes!! Quiero mi dinero para de regreso para poderme cambiar a la plataforma en la que estaba antes!! Dicen que es un bug y que están trabajando en el pero no saben cuando se arregla, como ponen un producto a la venta y cobran por ello sino sirve? Déjenlo saber a sus clientes que su plataforma no sirve y que solo van a perder clientes y ventas!!!
