Every time I contacted support, they always wanted to screen share with my computer. Even for something as simple as getting a "serial number" to try their software. They really should not need to screen share to provide me with a working 5 digit code to enable the trial. Cons la única desventaja para mi, es que al querer importar uno de mis archivos, me tiraba un error (# efr 304) en donde se reiteraba en varios intentos, y pedía comunicarse con el servicio técnico. The software took no time to complete the import. And the process was also simple, I just have to upload an excel file into it and the rest of the work was done by software. Great software experience. Pros Importing process is fast and easy. Just upload your data in excel format and rest of the work will be done by software.
