Os principais problemas que me levaram a procurar um software de gestão de atendimento ao cliente foram totalmente resolvidos ao utilizar Alana, no momento estudo a expansão da ferramenta utilizando-na para outros processos internos.

Pros

A facilidade e quantidade de recursos disponíveis tornam essa IA uma ferramenta imprescindível para pequenos negócios que não possuem tanto tempo para dedicar ao atendimento ao cliente. Possui um ótimo custo-benefício e muito fácil de ser instalado comparados com similares disponíveis no mercado.

Cons

Até o momento não encontrei nenhum problema relevante, acho que será difícil pois tudo é muito intuitivo.
