Unifai, a startup created in 2017, is the 1st AI platform that automatically normalizes, enriches and categorizes product data of marketplaces, e-tailers and distributors. Automating the reliability of their product data allows Unifai's customers to halve their time-to-market and put an end to classification errors, anomalies, duplicates, missing product attributes that harm their conversion rate.

UNIFAI permet de résoudre un problème majeur des entreprises de distribution qui souhaitent publier leurs produits sur le Web. Le module de CATEGORISATION permet de classer très rapidement et très efficacement les produits dans la nomenclature. Le module MAPPING permet de collecter des fichiers de différents formats. Le module EXTRACTION permet de compléter rapidement vos Data Modèles.

Pros

La solution UNIFAI est très simple à mettre en oeuvre et elle permet d'obtenir rapidement des premiers résultats. Le support de l'équipe UNIFAI est très réactif et très efficace.

Cons

Nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème durant les premiers de mise en service et d'exploitation de la solution.

Nous avions une problématique de classification de milliers d’articles provenant de plusieurs centaines de fournisseurs dans un timing très court. Nous recherchions donc un outil nous permettant de gagner en efficacité tout en restant aussi fiable que manuellement. Le résultat avec Unifai est au rendez-vous. Nous avons réussi à diviser par deux notre temps de classification des articles, avec un outil facile à utiliser, que nous avons même pu interfacer avec nos outils. Ce projet a été une évidence pour nous et nous en sommes très satisfait.

Pros

Gain de temps important : durée de classification divisée par 2 Simplicité d’utilisation Réactivité du support

Cons

L’IA a déjà un résultat très intéressant au niveau de la fiabilité. Augmenter ce niveau de fiabilité va prendre du temps.

Nous avions un problème d'enrichissement, de qualité de data et de doublons. La solution s'est parfaitement inscrite dans le projet, et a amélioré de façon indéniable la qualité de la donnée, en permettant une analyse plus fine des comportements et des actions plus pertinentes et ciblées.
