Excellent customer service. Queries are responded to quickly and she always spends time to explain things. Pros The platform is relatively easy to use. I like the user portal also. Customer service has been first class. Cons I feel some templates are missing and should be included in the set-up i.e. share certificates, dividend vouchers. These are standard documents that all companies require and need. Also, charging a subscription per entity (after 5 x) seems a bit much is those entities are relatively inactive. I think the user portal could be enhanced i.e. structure charts showing holdings would be useful.
