Pros

Les questionnaires et évaluations peuvent rapidement être paramétrés et déployés auprès des candidats. Les différents types de questions et les différentes modalités de passage permettent de réaliser des tests de recrutement fins. Il est possible de personnaliser l'ensemble des éléments (questionnaire, email d'invitation etc.) à l'image du client. Les résultats sont également facilement exploitables.

Cons

Pour l'instant, je n'ai pas de point faible à faire remonter.

ExperQuiz permet de former sereinement les équipes. on créé facilement les modules de formations, des tests d'entrainement et un questionnaire de certification. La traçabilité est facile pour le formateur et l'utilisation, pour le formé. L'utilisation "basique" de l'outil avec uniquement une présentation power point et un questionnaire est tout à fait possible; puis on grandit dans l'outil en découvrant toutes les fonctionnalités et en développant des formations enrichissantes pour les équipes.

Pros

ExperQuiz est une plateforme d'elearning qui permet de grandir dans les connaissances. Il y a des systèmes de categories, de tag, qui permettent d'évaluer les compétences acquises et celles nécessitant d'être retravaillées. L'outil est vraiment puissant et permet donc d'adapter les questionnaires individuellement au fur et à mesure des apprentissages.

Cons

Le seul point faible est la gestion des polices d'écriture et des styles lors de la création des questions.
