"Amazing App and costumer service"

**Overall:** Everything went smoothly from startup to actually making it available to our members. Our questions were answered efficiently. We felt as if we'd have always been part of the Fliip family.

**Pros:** Fliip is VERY intuitive and user friendly.

**Cons:** I don't think there is a major con or flaw in Fliip.
