Emittr’s on boarding was superior to other texting software companies. We found the platform to be user friendly for clients and internal staff. The live chat feature on website is outstanding.

Pros

The software has all capabilities our team needs to exercise cutting edge strategies for clients.

Cons

The only issue our team had was uploading telephone numbers from our CSV file but this was fixed instantly by Emittrs team in our Excel file.

### "Savvy Texting Tech Company Able To Automate Anything = Less Labor/More Efficiency/Happier Customer"

When we began our abandoned call texting pilot, our objective was to understand how much opportunity was being lost because we couldn’t answer the phones. I’ve been able to see an 8% lift in appointments booked (33% from new patients) because of the tool. After seeing the data, we’ve discovered the need to automate and send texts for pre-auth and lab delivery notifications which will eliminate 5-10% of my non-value add calls. We are also looking at texting solutions to write-back into the EMR when patients want to cancel, confirm, ask for directions, pay a bill, etc. So the idea is that it will reduce labor in the call center.

Pros

Emitrr is very accommodating and willing to create automation tools outside the traditional scope of just providing abandoned call texting solutions.

Cons

Would like to see more written presentation of capabilities.

Pros

We used Zipwhip and we're freaking out once we heard they were shutting down. I searched for hours for a new platform to use and came across Emitrr after about 20 calls with other companies. Emitrr is so easy to use, and gives us exactly what we need for mass texting. Their support team is amazing, quick, and always helpful!

Cons

A few features could be improved upon. But support is open to suggestions. Most feature suggestions I've had, have been implemented in to their platform.

Moving to Emitrr has been easy . Their relationship management and customer focus have been outstanding. They listen to suggestions and impement them quickly.

Pros

The integration of our data and processes were seamless. The software is intuitive and easy to use. The technical support has been superb. Our ideas for system upgrades have been heard and most have been implemented.

Cons

Would like ability to edit scheduled messages.

The price was very competitive and their technical staff is very easy to work with. The functionality exceeded zipwhp.

I love that the team is very responsive and always keeping me updated when I have any requests.

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily say this is a con, but Emitrr is constantly evolving. So let's say a feature isn't available today, it may in a few months. However, I would say it's more on a pro because they always strive to improve.

Amazing and keeps getting better.

Pros

Emitrr has been my favorite messaging software we have used in our office. The ease of sending mass messages to our associates is amazing. The way to personalize messages and filter them within different groups. By far, the best thing about this software is the customer service. Anytime we have questions or concerns the support team always responds quickly and have offered to jump on zoom meeting with us if we cannot resolve the issue by emails.

Cons

There are no major concerns. Software is simple and works well.

Our transition has been extremely smooth. The Emitrr team went overboard helping us to get situated and function as normal on their platform. They also helped us to understand all of the additional capabilities that Emitrr has to offer. We have just begun to scratch the surface with their product.

Pros

We shifted from ZipWhip to Emitrr. They did a fantastic job of knocking off the basic features and functionality of the software and service we had been using for the last 6 years.

Cons

Not much. They are still working through some small bugs and are very responsive.

Reason for choosing Emitrr

Felt closer to ZipWhip, spelled out an easier transition, came across as a bit more user friendly and pricing was somewhat better.

Pros

This software is excellent for texting our clients custom or automated messages and we can clearly engage with them

Cons

One thing I would recommend to add is to have messages pop up on the computer itself and not just in the window, but I believe they are working on that!

Reason for choosing Emitrr

Emitrr was the closest to Zipwhip so there would be less of a struggle to switch over with our clients, it was less expensive than its competition, and their customer service responded faster and friendlier than its competition

I like the fact that I can bring in all of my customer communication (missed call, phone calls, webchat, texting, facebook) in one place. I love that we can text all of our missed calls, assign these conversations, drop notes and do so much more.

Pros

The biggest advantage of working with Emitrr is support and they really listen to feedback from customers very seriously.

Cons

They had some challenges figuring out how to setup this for Australian clients but we were able to resolve them quickly.

Wonderful.

Pros

Transitioning from another platform to Emitrr has been such a relief for our program! The ease of use is exceptional - we are able to do what we were doing before in a fraction of the time. The features are very useful to us, and although we have plenty of options to communicate with our center members. Customer Support is absolutely wonderful. Indrani, Deep and Anmol are prompt, responsive, adaptable and friendly. They are always there when we have questions and need support.

Cons

Some of our texts were sending in the wrong order - for instance, if we were sending an English message with English calendar, along with a Spanish message and Spanish calendar, sometimes these individual items would deliver out of order. However, this is not a big deal.

The nature of our business demands from us that we keep in touch with our drivers and customers at any part of the day, and we are able to do so with Emitrr.

Pros

Due to our previous software shutdown, our organization was forced to find alternatives for text messaging, Nova Lines liked the wide spectrum of features available for us to transition painlessly to Emitrr. Text messaging is easy to use due to its user-friendly interface and good organizational back-end of the contacts. The downtime for releasing the lines and transition was short enough since we are a 24/7 working business. Customer Support and our Rep(\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) is taking care of any incoming inquiries and connecting through an instant meeting to assist.

Cons

You can't use as of now the customizable screenshot tool in-app(however, we are waiting for dev's to add this functionality)

The concept of the system is amazing and the customer service and support I received was second to none. We didn't have any issues using the software, just wish it had offered a little more but they were constantly improving and asking for feedback to meet the needs of their customers.

Pros

I appreciated the automated text when we missed a call as we were out of the office a lot. Customers would respond by text and we could answer a lot of questions or schedule appointments with Emitrr (texting) instead of having to return a phone call (meanwhile the customer was waiting on us).

Cons

I disliked the inability to have private texting conversations (all texts went to all users within the platform) or the ability to chat with my team within the platform. We also really needed a fully functioning VOIP phone option but that is still under development and testing.

Overall, our experience has been very positive. We're learning the new software and have had a few questions/issues which were all very promptly answered and addressed. Glad we chose Emitrr!

Pros

We've used texting software for years and really appreciate the ability to assign/unassign conversations to the best team member.

Cons

There are a few extra clicks needed to send a text compared to what we were used to....not terrible, but every minute counts.
