Pros The auto-reply, Review Request, and Mass messaging are essential for our business and Emitrr handles all of this flawlessly. It was extremely easy to import all of our old contacts and start with our same number, but a more fluid app. Cons My only complaint would be the number format, and that is not a real problem. We have not had any issues with Emitrr after we switched. The low price made it an easy decision to use Emitrr and we are very happy with our choice. Cons We only use the SMS functionality. It would be good if we could customize the settings and dashboard to eliminate all the other settings that we are not using to eliminate confusion with our employees. Cons The set up of the actual number pad is fairly small. Also the star \* key is not an option. I was prompted to press it for a call and it just was not present. The customer service is amazing. Cons I have very few complaints, any time I have ever had complaints, their customer service team has been quick to respond and they always offer a workaround or completely fix the problem. Cons When you schedule a mass text campaign, it would be helpful to be able to pick an exact calender date and time. I highly recommend using Emitrr for any business that uses texting as one of your main ways to communicate. Pros I use Emitrr almost exclusively for texting my clients, because my phone service does not support texting. There are may other features that I have not had a chance to dive into, but I'm looking forward to using more features in the future. Cons I haven't found anything that I don't like about it yet. The support team at Emitrr is very eager to listen to any feedback and has implemented changes that help us very quickly. They make us feel like we are their only customers with the quick response rate! Pros The website is easy to navigate. It is nice having options for one on one messaging as well as text campaigns on one platform. Being able to move all phone numbers from our organization is great.
