The ability to set up custom automated texts that integrates with Housecall Pro is a game changer for us.

Cons

I wish you could customize some of the automation features a little more

Very satisfied. They were able to transfer our old systems communications to this one and any time I ask for help they are quick and more than willing to assist with anything.

Pros

How easy it is to use. I love the staff and how willing they are to perfecting the usage. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Haven't been able to stump them yet on suggestions of improvement.

Cons

Can be a bit busy looking. Once you get to know where everything is and how it works it's very easy to use.

None. Had one issue, the dev team actually investigated, and changed the app because of a VERY small request I made. Never have I had this happen!

Overall it's been great like I said their customer service is amazing. You let them know of a problem and they try to fix it

They are always upgrading and listening to feedback on how to improve

It's a bit clunky and finding replies can be difficult

Emitrr has been an overall great product. Their team has been gracious enough to make upgrades and improvements that have significantly helped our processes in using the system.

Pros

Adding notes has been convenient, assigning conversations has helped us improve our follow up.

Cons

Not having the ability to pin notes so they are always visible until unpinned.

Thanks to Emitrr we are now reaching our congregation in a direct way and we can connect further with them.

Pros

The system is very easy to use. The customer service is amazing and fast. We selected Emitrr because we don't have to worry about the length or content of the text messages we want to send. We can send texts often, and manage contact groups very easily.

Cons

I would like to assign responses from a certain campaign directly to only one admin. I would like to be able to see our billing history and download receipts.

Because emitrr does not have text limitations

Pros

Texting is our lifeline of communication because it offers a higher open rate than emails. It allows us to send a marketing campaign knowing it will have a higher success rate and capturing missed calls that connect to our web bot is wonderful.

Cons

Can't really think of one currently as we are ecstatic about the success rate in reaching clients through this venue.
