Amazing customer service and very quick set up time for new accounts. Easy to use system for both staff as well as customers/patients

Pros

The program is very easy to use. And the support is AMAZING. \[sensitive content hidden\] and \[sensitive content hidden\] are super responsive (as is everyone else) and very helpful if you need any assistance. Don't think I have ever had to wait even an hour for an email reply, which was not urgent. This is my second company I am suing them and would not look for any other texting platform

Nothing here to mention, I actually have zero complaints about the program or the customer service

I do not have any cons, I have been using it for a year now and literally it has accomplished everything I was hoping that it would. I would recommend it to anyone.

Positive, adaptive and responsive. Best asset is that you actually get someone to call or email you back. Very responsive and if something you don't like about the system, they work with you to fix.

Pros

Responsiveness and adaptability-if something not working, they quickly work to not only resolve but adapt the system to accommodate.

Cons

Glitches - occasionally experience a glitch in the system. ex. scheduled email doesn't send. But to company's credit, promptly respond, work to correct and make right with us.

We've been using Emitrr for both businesses for over a year now - it's AMAZING!! Was super easy to set-up, the few times we've needed customer support was quickly addressed. \[sensitive content hidden\] was our rep today & she was extremely helpful with our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Cons

We have not ran into any cons with Emittr. The couple of times we addressed something, their customer service was thorough & they fixed what we asked about.

It’s been an overall good experience. It’s a little pricier than expected. But it’s extremely convenient for sending out mass texts. The staff sometimes has a slow response time but they’re overall very thorough and helpful in their responses. It’s a pretty straight forward service.

Pros

I like the simplicity of it. It gets the job done well. Additionally, the employees are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

The credit system isn’t explained very well in the beginning. We assumed that it was always 1 credit per text. That is not the case. It seems credits are eaten up very quickly and can get very pricy. We wish it would have been made clearer.

I have worked with lots of software, SaaS, and support teams over the years and I can honestly say that Emitrr has a top-level team in place. very responsive to our needs, which are probably somewhat unique in that we are a local government helping Children a nd families in our community. We serve an area of 1.4 million people, so texting is an important part of our outreach. I highly recommend Emitrr to any organization.

Pros

There are several things I like about Emitrr: 1) they have built a powerful, easy to use web interface. 2) The onboarding of our staff and contacts was excellent 3) Any issues we have had were addressed immediately and professionally by Emitrr staff 4) they are improving the product on an ongoing basis

Cons

Nothing bad to say about Emitrr. For a government agency of 45 staff and about 14 additional staff at our Family Resource Centers, texting thousands of people every month is a complicated process in itself. Emitrr has worked with us closely to iron out any issues we have had. Thank you!

Zipwhip was bought out and at EOL. We looked at dozens of alternatives and then found Emitrr. It was a perfect fit for us, with a smooth transition as far as the interface. The pricing was good and they are able to work within our government requirements for invoicing and payment.

AWESOME. I would recommend to anyone looking for a messaging platform. Especially love having a text friendly retail number that is the SAME as the number we've always had.

Pros

I LOVE Emitrr. The support you get is wonderful, the app is easy to use and they have been incredibly responsive. As a small business, we needed a messaging platform that wouldn't break the bank and this meets all our needs (and then some) without making us feel overwhelmed. We came from Podium (had a terrible experience with them) and feel so valued at Emitrr!

Cons

Having a bit of trouble migrating our reviews over - but Emitrr is ready & willing to help.

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the team have been super attentive and try to accommodate all of my company's needs. They keep improving the software and add features upon demand. The software on the computer has all the features and the mobile has slightly less, so definitely recommend using it on the computer as an admin, but has all the features needed on mobile if you are on the go.

The yeam keeps improving constantly so I am sire they will have all the features necessary.

In a world where people rarely answer phone calls, texting through Emitrr allows for effective and efficient communications with our customers. I cannot imagine operating our business without it!

Pros

Emitrr makes it easy for our team to communicate with our customers via text messages. We love that everyone has access to see and respond to customer communications. We use it in the office daily and our technicians also use the app in the field so that all communication comes from the office number and customers do not get their personal phone numbers.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons with Emitrr. When we have had any issues or questions their customer support team has been quick to get us an answer!

Pros

I like that it has helped get a lot of my client new reviews. Every client who has this software has gotten positive reviews.

Cons

I would like training clips for the software. I would like to be able to look at videos if I forget how a certain feature works or how to better explain it to my clients and team members.
