Overall, InMyTeam has been a reliable solution for managing payroll and scheduling. It saves me a lot of time compared to manual methods, and it helps keep everything organized for compliance and payroll accuracy. It’s a good value for the money considering the features included, and once you get past the small learning curve, it works very smoothly. I would recommend it to other small to mid-sized businesses looking for an all-in-one workforce management system.

Pros

The platform is very user-friendly and makes it simple to manage payroll, scheduling, and employee information all in one place. I especially liked the clean layout and how easy it is to track hours and generate reports. Their customer support team is also responsive and helpful whenever I had a question.

Cons

Some of the advanced features (like custom reporting and integrations) could be a little more flexible, and it took a bit of time to understand all the billing options. Also, the mobile app could use a few improvements for smoother navigation, more denial codes

I appreciate their willingness to adjust things to customize and work with what is needed for our company.

Cons

Sometimes I can’t find answers to questions when searching on the support/documentation section and the chat doesn’t usually work when asking questions.

Not impressed have had many "challenges". Staff is still able to clock in out even when not in a window

Pros

Schedules roll over easy to move visit from one day to another. Not enough to fill box requirements.

Cons

To many to list. Keep being told good question will get back to you but dont. Cant add e/o to master schedule. Cant be notified when field staff send message. Reports i need. Focuss seems more medicare and we are not a medicare co.

Although for our none skilled field staff everything has been much easier, our administrative team is having issues in terms of documentation, accessing patient documentation. Our skilled staff also has had overall negative reviews about how things are functioning

Pros

How easy the evv is for our field staff. The flexibility on how the evv visits breakdown per discipline.

Cons

How authorizations and schedules interact and work with each other. Additionally the fact that none skilled services like hmk/pc/comp cannot be switched in position in terms of scheduling

Pros

Really beginner friendly introduction as well as very helpful costumer service always there to help with any questions or inquiries that may emerge.

Pros

Glitches with skilled patients. Caused numerous delays in getting authorizations and transmitting oasis.

She helps any/all & the time.\[sensitive content hidden\] is very patient and understanding and willing to train to make sure you when i do have to call customer service Usually \[sensitive content hidden\] is on vacation (I know she will respond so I try not to bug her) they do good with getting any issues resolved also.

Pros

I love inmyteam. Very user friendly for the App and site from CEO side.

Cons

The app I Love everything. I dislike the hours of operations. I'd Like them to stay open until 6 or 7. to give owners time if needed after my own 9-5 hours. Some how \[sensitive content hidden\] always came to my rescue.

10/10. It took some time to learn the system and get good at it. But it was easy to learn and it helps my job every single day.

Pros

It is very easy and convenient!!! Makes scheduling visits easy. Communication is perfect and flawless.

Cons

My employees complained about getting missing documents when documents weren’t missing. But the issue was fixed very fast.

I welcome it. It is not too complex. We have our operations manager that works with IMT to update system to fit our needs for maximum use.

Pros

With In My Team we are able to put the services under one scheduled visit. You can also schedule recertifications every 60 days in advance for a long period of times. It is also great for payroll accuracy.

Cons

I don’t like that the episodes that we are in for each patient is not easily visible. Originally we could not upload the care plans under care plans but since then, IMT has made it to where it is now possible.

Overall, my experience with IMT has been positive. The platform is easy to navigate and has greatly helped streamline our workflows, improve coordination, and keeps everyone aligned with updates and changes.

Pros

IMT is super easy to use and keeps everything organized in one place. Communication is seamless, the support team is quick and reliable, and the regular update makes it easy to stay aligned on top of things

Cons

One limitation is the lack of a.built in feature to track authorizations based on visits used. Having this functionality would make it easier to monitor utilization and manage authorizations more efficiently.

Overall experience has been amazing IMT team is one of the best with customer service they respond quickly and try to help as much as possible. The application has been a breeze to use they have everything needed when it comes to getting updated reports. Keeping up with check in and check out from our caregivers. As well as having the QA dashboard available to easily verify visits and keep up with the plan of cares.

Pros

I absolutely love using In My Team because it makes my life so much easier. \[sensitive content hidden\] and \[sensitive content hidden\] are always top-notch and consistently answer any concerns or questions I have. Their prompt and efficient support ensures that everything runs smoothly, allowing me to focus on other important tasks.

Cons

The 214 form is very extensive for tge concise information it gathers Not been able to connect to clock in an out from the site.

The added $6 fee for credit card transactions that was not told in the beginning.
