It's good! I generally like the system, its a lot better than our last system and I think the company tries to constantly make changes to better the interface, which i appreciate.

Pros

I like the options it has and streamlined look. I also like that theres constant updates to the system. I really like being able to search via phone number, its very helpful.

Cons

There are glitches in the system. I wish there was more tracking to see who did what - working on a team, sometimes we work quickly so being able to see who copied a shift, who canceled a shift, etc - that would be extremely helpful. also when sending staffing blasts, there are major issues there. it should geolocate them based on the aides location but also when I'm sending it out I select 15 miles and it brings up 30 miles out. then also, it shows the shifts the aides are on so we could select who can go but if a client is on hold or if the shift was canceled, it doesn't show that on there. so an aide that could potentially be available, it shows shes full and i would have to pull her up to see but when we're talking about 50+ caregivers, that is too much.

Overall, has been a reliable solution for managing payroll and scheduling. It saves me a lot of time compared to manual methods, and it helps keep everything organized for compliance and payroll accuracy. It’s a good value for the money considering the features included, and once you get past the small learning curve, it works very smoothly. I would recommend it to other small to mid-sized businesses looking for an all-in-one workforce management system.

Pros

The platform is very user-friendly and makes it simple to manage payroll, scheduling, and employee information all in one place. I especially liked the clean layout and how easy it is to track hours and generate reports. Their customer support team is also responsive and helpful whenever I had a question.

Cons

Some of the advanced features (like custom reporting and integrations) could be a little more flexible, and it took a bit of time to understand all the billing options. Also, the mobile app could use a few improvements for smoother navigation, more denial codes

My overall experience with the IN MY TEAM app has been very positive. I have been working with it for over a year, and it has proven to be very convenient and flexible. The platform allows us to enter and manage information for both Home Health Aides (HHAs) and patients efficiently. It is highly recommended for HHA agencies, from small agencies that are just starting out to large companies with many years of experience. It allows us to schedule shifts perfectly, which greatly improves and streamlines our billing processes. The support provided is also very accessible and reasonable in cost. All of this helps us provide better care to our patients, which is the primary goal of our HHA agency.

Pros

It's a very easy-to-use app, very convenient to use, and it covers all the basic services for HHA agencies.

Cons

I believe it should allow more options to customize cases, that is, to be able to create more folders within patients, to subdivide their information.

Easy to remember where to go to. Easy to navigate. Easy to schedule as well. What you can improve under coordination plus is to have features like we can see the route when we try to assign multiple patients to 1 nurse. Same with google maps, point 1 to point 2 to point 3. By this, I can easily visualize where to start from the professionals' house and where to end. While doing this, you may show the mileage as well.

Pros

In My Team is user-friendly and updates features when asked to as long as they can. Supports are helpful and nice.

Cons

some bugs, especially in scheduling, keeps saying unauthorized visits but when I count based on plotted authorization, it's still within the authorized number of visits and within the dates, and support is not always reachable. Needs to call multiple times and sometimes routed to voicemail. Maybe it can be improved, like I am willing to wait on queu. Just not lead me to voicemail after a few ring.

We find In My Time easier to use and it has features to monitor Authorization usage and it has a calendar thing for scheduling. Generally, easy to use and we have staffs that are not-so-tech-savvy. It's easier for them to use this app.

Pros

delivers strong value for the price. For home care agencies and small care businesses, it combines scheduling, payroll, billing, and caregiver management in one platform, which reduces the need for multiple systems. The time savings alone justify the investment.

Cons

There is a slight learning curve when first setting up the system, and some advanced customization options could be expanded. For example, as a coordinator, I would like the option to create folders or custom groups to better organize caregivers or clients. Being able to filter people based on specific criteria (such as availability, certifications, location, or status) and then add them into designated folders would make management more efficient and streamlined. This would help when coordinating shifts, tracking specific teams, or organizing staff for particular cases.

Overall, it is not a bad system. It definitely needs some work in the areas of slowness. Once the system is running smoothly, everything else goes well. Overall, IMT is easy to use unless updates happen.

Pros

Scheduling: easy to schedule shifts and delete mass shifts at once. Being able to delete mass amounts of shifts at once comes in handy as some caregivers need weeks off for things. Customer support most of the time is very useful, sometimes they tell you that you are wrong in something when you're not and it takes 2-3 customer support reps to help.

Cons

IMT runs slow for days after updates to the point its almost unusable. Also, sometimes after updates, our documents look weird and then the administrator needs to call and get it all situated. Although for our none skilled field staff everything has been much easier, our administrative team is having issues in terms of documentation, accessing patient documentation. Our skilled staff also has had overall negative reviews about how things are functioning

How easy the evv is for our field staff. The flexibility on how the evv visits breakdown per discipline.

Cons

How authorizations and schedules interact and work with each other. Additionally the fact that none skilled services like hmk/pc/comp cannot be switched in position in terms of scheduling

En mi caso se ha mejorado el sistema y eso nos hace más precisos con nuestros cálculos esperemos sigan mejorando.

En In my Team es util en muchos aspectos laborales porque me facilita la facturación y programación en el mes ese dato ayuda de gran manera lo que se generó al final del mes es util en el area contable.

Great staff who are attentive and helpful. It has helped us stay ready for anytime state could walk in with all our documentation. We had State come in and stated they would be here 3 days. But because everything was so easy for them to look at everything they were here for 1.5 days and were done.

In My Team app is very user friendly with great customer service support and is very affordable. It is also great for keeping your compliance up to date.

I don't think there is anything I would change. They are always quick to respond to any issues I have.

Pros

The abilities it provides for the company to manage, easier and the clear documents and data collection. the constant support and training to make sure you and your team know how to utilize the product at its best

Cons

Some security features, which are still good, but caused some issues in the beginning especially the QR code to clock inbeing out of range. We can schedule and double check on our employees and manage payroll better. With the easy reports we can get on top of things faster and effectively.

I love . Very user friendly for the App and site from CEO side.

Cons

The app I Love everything. I dislike the hours of operations. I'd Like them to stay open until 6 or 7. to give owners time if needed after my own 9-5 hours. Some how \[sensitive content hidden\] always came to my rescue.

not good. Company not set up to do private care. Having to rebuild system to meet our needs. System freezing and doesn't work all the time.

Care coordinator feature to be able to see location of where staff lives and able to see who lives closest to patient.

Overall I think the app is wonderful all the needed information for a patient is readily available and easy to access.

Pros

What i like most about is its ease of use. The ability to use an app instead of having to continuously fill out paperwork is a real blessing.

Cons

The only thing i dislike is the geo tagging, which i do understand the need for, i just feel trust in the employee whos using the app to be where they are supposed to be and with their patient should be under less scrutiny.

Overall experience has been amazing IMT team is one of the best with customer service they respond quickly and try to help as much as possible. The application has been a breeze to use they have everything needed when it comes to getting updated reports. Keeping up with check in and check out from our caregivers. As well as having the QA dashboard available to easily verify visits and keep up with the plan of cares.

Pros

I absolutely love using In My Team because it makes my life so much easier. \[sensitive content hidden\] and \[sensitive content hidden\] are always top-notch and consistently answer any concerns or questions I have. Their prompt and efficient support ensures that everything runs smoothly, allowing me to focus on other important tasks.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say about In My Team each update the application gets easier to use for our caregivers as well as us the workers.

Using In My Team is straightforward and informative, although it might have frequent logouts, I still like how they do it with the reports

Pros

What I like most is that the reports are comprehensive, easy to access, and user-friendly. Plus points to the programmers!

Cons

What I least like is that it logs out immediately, disrupting my work and causing frequent frustration.
