Using In My Team is straightforward and informative, although it might have frequent logouts, I still like how they do it with the reports

Pros

What I like most is that the reports are comprehensive, easy to access, and user-friendly. Plus points to the programmers!

Cons

What I least like is that it logs out immediately, disrupting my work and causing frequent frustration.

I can easily do my tasks smoothly and effectively. It’s easy to use and so helpful in any way. I just love it.

Pros

I can easily use it, and it makes my work productive. It’s not complicated to use. And I can enter details smoothly.

Cons

As of now I cannot think or I don’t have any least like for InMyTeam. Or maybe it’s just sometimes some of my patients names disappear but I think it’s manageable.

Pros

It’s reliable and easy to use, it holds information well and very organized without being too complex.

Cons

It’s hard to get access to codes and authentication messages but with a few tweaks it’s helpful for everyday use

Pros

Where do I start, the program is amazing and very versatile, everything this system has to offer is amazing. I cant just list one feature. \[sensitive content hidden\] was on the money when he did our demo.

Cons

I have not found a CON as of yet, we have played with every feature and its all very customizable.

Not phone friendly for the day in and day out 214 form completion and submission. The screen cant capture the form in its entirety

It shows the breakdown of shifts, though dies not update new entries of new shifts assigned in short notice

Cons

The 214 form is very extensive for tge concise information it gathers Not been able to connect to clock in an out from the site.

Pros

The ease of use both for our employees and our clients. the interface is great and not very complicated.

Cons

Sometimes we have connectivity issues that we have to deal with, but I believe that is with all apps.

App slows down sometimes, also freezes up when it needs updating

Started using their system for the first time two weeks ago and I already feel super confident. It really is easy to learn!

Great support team! They do webinars too for new staff training

Cons

Wish they had an app for admins too! But the caregiver app is very user friendly

The calendars are really easy to look at, it is also easy to see if a visit has an in issue in the calendar its very convenient. The IMT staff is always easy to communicate with, and if you have a problem, they help you out quickly.

Cons

I just think some sections of the site can be more organized.

Customer Support is fantastic, they have a great support team fully bilingual. Our support tickets are solved in less than an hour. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], our support agent is amazing, she is very helpful and patient.

Pros

This is a modern Software Solution, and all the functionalities are thinking to help the user. I would say is the Apple of the Home Care solutions

Not good, the worst time since I have been working in the health care field.

Pros

Everything in one system, sounded easier and more efficient, but if billing is is not done, we’re have not gotten paid since using this program. I don’t care how good it is, if we don’t have money coming in to keep the business going.

Cons

Why go through a third party when you will have problems letter that takes so much time to solve. InMyTeam is easier to use than hhaexchange but it’s taken longer time to discover a problem then it we used hhaexchange. And we still have to go back to hhaexchange to resolve the problem. It just make no sense.

Reason for choosing InMyTeam

I listen to my consultant, big mistake. It’s not her fault

It is designed to work seamlessly with aggregators such as HHAExchange, Tellus and others. We try very hard to work with new clients to resolve past billing issues, we can't always fix problems that didn't happen under our watch. Billing. Just a little bit hard to get the schedules done properly.

Cons

Reports. They are not easy to manage. The reports in Excel doesn't give us the chance to manipulate them.

My overall experience has been very easy and reassuring that we will get the Support when we need it.

Pros

Training is excellent! So easy to follow and Customer Service is also excellent. I get a call back right away if I have a question, unlike other softwares I've used before.

Cons

There are some features that I would like to see that are not available, but Customer service has generated a Ticket to see what can be done.

Pros

Me gusta mucho su funcionalidad de coordinacion. Con este software es mucho mas facil encontrar la conexion deseada entre aides y pacientes para un optimo servicio. Ademas el equipo de implementacion siempre esta muy atento a las dudas que tenemos. Muy bueno el customer service. En el tiempo que lo he usado han ido creando nuevas funcionalidades basados en las necesidades del negocio. Y excelentes precios!
