Cons In the File (batches) I would like to be able to differentiate those that have already been paid from those that have not. The customer support is great. Pros In My Team is easy to use and if there are any questions or concerns, they are quick to respond and assist. Team is friendly and knowledgeable. What needed to be done by 3 coordinators is now done by just one. Employee satisfaction has increased since they no longer need to use their personal time to fill out forms and timesheets. Pros \-The platform is very easy to use by management -Simple and easy app for mobile employee - blast message option to notify employees/contractors about available open cases. They can apply from their phones and once the coordinator assign the case, the employee receives a notification and their schedule is updated. No more time wasted on phone calls back and forth, and no more duplicates. -it' all in one solutions, but it integrates other platforms Cons I wish I had it 5 years ago when I was looking for a mobile management solution for my project.
