Our overall experience has been highly positive. Zoho Sign has significantly cut down our document turnaround times from days to minutes. It handles collaboration well, allowing our team to share templates and track exactly who has viewed or signed a document in real-time. Despite a slight initial learning curve for administrative setup and template customization, it has proven to be a highly reliable, secure, and cost-effective solution for our daily document management needs.

Pros

The value for money is unbeatable, especially compared to more expensive alternatives like DocuSign or Adobe Sign. The core document signing workflow is incredibly smooth. Clients can sign documents in seconds on any device without needing to create an account. I also highly appreciate the robust document management and tracking features; the automatic audit trails and certificate of completion give us total peace of mind for legal compliance. Additionally, it integrates flawlessly with the rest of the Zoho ecosystem and third-party apps like Google Workspace.

Cons

While the learning curve for basic signing is low, setting up advanced customization, complex multi-party workflows, or custom branding templates can be a bit counter-intuitive at first. The user interface, while functional, feels a bit utilitarian and could use a modern visual refresh. Lastly, customer support is generally helpful, but response times on the lower-tier plans can occasionally take a day or two if you run into a technical glitch.

ZohoSign is incredibly easy to set up and use. We integrated it seamlessly with our sales tool, SC360, using the provided API key, the process was straightforward from start to finish. Within SC360, we can prepare client quotes and send them directly for signature through ZohoSign. Every action is automatically logged in SC360 in real time, including submissions, views, forwards, and completions. Once a document is fully signed, we receive an email notification and the completed document is automatically stored in SC360. Overall, we're very satisfied with ZohoSign and would highly recommend it.

Pros

ZohoSign is incredibly easy to set up and use. We integrated it seamlessly with our sales tool, SC360, using the provided API key. The process was straightforward from start to finish.

Cons

We are using ZOHO One. Zoho Sign was the last product we implemented. If I had known earlier, how easy the app is to handle and how much we benefit from an improved business process, I would have installed the app first! Much easier to setup and use than other apps.

Pros

We are in the B2C business. We sign 8-12 consumer contracts per day. Our clientele ist 74 on average. ZOHO sign has improved our business process measurably. A) before we mailed contracts by post. Long delays closing the deal, postage costs, not all documents were signed by consumer, if an error in the document, it took long before process was completed. This changed almost instantly with the introduction of Zoho Sign. It is easy to handle in our back office and very easy for our clients. Most contracts are signed on a mobile device by now. Very few explanation / instructions needed for our clientele.

Too may and too often new features. This means new instructions for our back office team. We only need basic functionality

I use it daily, so I am super familiar with how it works and it makes my job so much easier than using other similar form types. 10/10 will continue to use!

Pros

Simple and easy to use! Its easy to track the progress, add people, and add fields to new forms. I also like the templates!

Cons

Every time I place a new field, the data for that field generates and I have to close it out to place a new box. This isnt that big of a deal, but when I am placing dozens of fields on a form, it takes time! Maybe the popup could be on a different plane than the field selections? Also I dont like that as a form filler I can't place a photo in the form. I need to do that for a few forms, so adding a photo would be super helpful!

Signing, sending and manging documents digitally is a straightforward process for both senders and recipients.

Cons

Integration with Third Party Tools require additional setup or tools which is quite frustrating to be locked into one ecosystem because one simply not know how to integrate third party tools

Pros

With Zoho sign you can fill contracts and important files anywhere you are, with no worries, and receive notifications in any moment or step of the process.

Cons

As a developer, is difficult to integrate with other platforms, but for regular users, is pretty nice.

Je partage un avertissement concernant l'intégration avec l'API de Zoho Sign. L'objectif était d'automatiser un processus simple et de gagner en productivité. La réalité est un gouffre de temps et une complexité inattendue. Malgré plus de 50 scénarios de tests, l'API ne tient pas sa promesse de simplicité pour les petites structures. Le marketing de Zoho sur l'automatisation est en décalage complet avec la réalité technique de leur API. C'est une grande déception pour une entreprise comme la nôtre qui compte sur des outils agiles et fiables. @Zoho, qu'en est-il du support pour les PME qui utilisent votre API ?

Pros

L'avantage théorique le plus important est son potentiel d'automatisation via l'API. La capacité de déclencher automatiquement l'envoi de documents pour signature à partir d'autres applications est une fonctionnalité puissante qui promettait de nous faire gagner un temps précieux. C'est cet aspect qui a motivé mon choix initial

Cons

L'aspect le moins apprécié est, de loin, la mise en œuvre pratique de sa fonctionnalité la plus puissante : l'API. Alors que l'interface utilisateur peut être suffisante pour des besoins manuels, l'automatisation via l'API est une tout autre histoire. Elle souffre d'une complexité excessive pour des opérations de base. La documentation manque cruellement d'exemples concrets pour des scénarios simples et semble présumer que l'utilisateur dispose de ressources de développement importantes. Cet aspect rend le produit inadéquat pour une petite entreprise qui cherche à automatiser ses processus de manière agile. Le décalage entre la puissance promise par l'API et la difficulté réelle à l'utiliser est l'inconvénient majeur, transformant un outil censé faire gagner du temps en un obstacle technique frustrant.
