Folks HR has been a dependable platform that simplifies HR processes without overcomplicating things. It offers great value, performs reliably, and keeps our team aligned and organized. The support from the Folks team has always been prompt and helpful, making it a platform we trust and rely on consistently.

Pros

Folks HR delivers strong value for the price, it’s a feature-rich platform without the hefty cost of larger enterprise solutions. The interface is intuitive once you get familiar with it, and team collaboration is much smoother with everything centralized in one place. In the time we’ve been using it, we’ve encountered very few bugs, and the platform has been consistently stable and reliable. From a security standpoint, we’ve had full confidence in how our employee data is managed.

Cons

The learning curve can be a bit steep for new users, some features take time to get comfortable with. A more guided onboarding experience within the platform would help teams get up to speed faster.

J'aime beaucoup l'outil qui regroupe plusieurs anciens outils que nous avions dans le passé. Ça rend le travail plus simple et plus rapide. La consultation est simple.

Pros

Tous les dossiers des collaborateurs sont à la même place et faciles à consulter. La gestion des absences, vacances, disciplines.

Cons

Ça serait bien de pouvoir personnaliser certains aspects comme la section santé et sécurité. La section des certificats de formation n'est pas complète.

After five years, Folks HR remains our go-to platform for everything from onboarding and offboarding to timesheets, vacation and absence tracking, and maintaining complete employee profiles. It's grown with us as our team has expanded and continues to meet our needs without overcomplicating things. The platform is intuitive, the value is there, and the team behind it is what truly makes the difference, always available, receptive to feedback, and genuinely invested in their clients' success. We wouldn't have stayed this long if it weren't working, and we fully plan on continuing with them for years to come.

Pros

We've been using Folks HR for around five years and it's consistently delivered great value. The platform is well-priced for what it offers, no unnecessary complexity, just the features that actually matter for day-to-day HR management. After an initial adjustment period, the interface becomes very intuitive and our team navigates it with ease. In five years we've encountered very few bugs, and the platform has been consistently stable and reliable. The team at Folks is helpful, responsive, and open to feedback, and the training they provided from the start helped us get up to speed much faster.

Cons

The learning curve upfront can be a bit steep, new users may need some hand-holding to get comfortable with all the features. Certain sections like banked hours/overtime tracking aren't as intuitive for employees. A more guided onboarding experience would help. On the integrations side, expanding payroll provider compatibility would be a great addition, having switched providers ourselves, a seamless automatic integration would make a real difference.

Overall, I find them responsive and easy to deal with. I wish we knew more about the performance module limitations before we jumped in with 2 feet to use it. It has a lot of growing to do.

Pros

The onboarding and working with \[sensitive content hidden\] was great. She provided all the training to our staff. The system is easy to navigate.

Cons

The performance appraisal module is not the best. The expenses module is not great either. It lacks a lot of customization and updates are not implemented unless others customers also request it.

Globalement mon expérience avec Folks HR a été bonne. Le logiciel aide vraiment à mieux organiser la gestion RH et simplifie plusieurs tâches administratives. Après un peu de temps d’adaptation il devient facile à utiliser au quotidien.

Pros

J’ai aimé le fait que tout soit centralisé au même endroit. La gestion des congés est pratique et ça fait gagner du temps. L’interface est claire et le support répond assez rapidement quand il y a un problème.

Cons

Certaines options pourraient être plus personnalisables. Des fois le système peut être un peu lent et certains rapports ne donnent pas exactement toutes les informations qu’on voudrait.

Terminé les fichiers Excel et les dossiers des employés éparpillés. Tout se retrouve en un seul endroit et vous économisez du temps pour une valeur ajoutée.

Pros

Facile à utiliser, intuitif, beaucoup de KPI visuels. Folks améliore constamment l'expérience client avec plein de nouveautés

Cons

les formations sont toutes en ligne ou sous forme de webinaire et même si on a beaucoup de contenu, certaines fois, j'aurais préféré un contenu plus individualisé

Simple et efficace il fonctionne comme il en est demandé et nous permet de voir la documentation nécessaire:)

Pros

Juste l’application et leur réponse par courriel détaillé et aussi leurs notifications de suivit de l’appplication te permet d’en avoir une suivi sur tes documents

Cons

Ils sont lents à répondre,mais ils sont efficaces dans leur processus et très amicales avec leur personnel qui demandent de l’aide

Nous aimons beaucoup utiliser le logiciel. C'est très facile de naviguer sur la plateforme. C'est un excellent choix qualité/prix

Pros

User friendly, le module pour les formations est vraiment super bien monté. Il est vraiment facile d'aller nous monter un outil pour calculer notre 1%

Cons

Moins adapté pour la paie CCQ. Dans le secteur de la construction, c'est ce que nous aurions de besoin pour que le logiciel soit à 100% efficace.

Mon expérience globale a été mitigée. Le logiciel propose des outils intéressants, mais certaines fonctionnalités manquent de fluidité et la navigation pourrait être plus intuitive

Pros

Les suivis de dossiers, La centralisation des données, la fluidité des processus et l’automatisation de certaines tâches ont été les aspects les plus appréciés.

Cons

Certains modules manquent encore de fluidité et pourraient être davantage optimisés pour améliorer l’expérience utilisateur.
