Simple et efficace il fonctionne comme il en est demandé et nous permet de voir la documentation nécessaire:)

Juste l’application et leur réponse par courriel détaillé et aussi leurs notifications de suivit de l’appplication te permet d’en avoir une suivi sur tes documents

Cons

Ils sont lents à répondre,mais ils sont efficaces dans leur processus et très amicales avec leur personnel qui demandent de l’aide

Nous aimons beaucoup utiliser le logiciel. C'est très facile de naviguer sur la plateforme. C'est un excellent choix qualité/prix

Pros

User friendly, le module pour les formations est vraiment super bien monté. Il est vraiment facile d'aller nous monter un outil pour calculer notre 1%

Cons

Moins adapté pour la paie CCQ. Dans le secteur de la construction, c'est ce que nous aurions de besoin pour que le logiciel soit à 100% efficace.

Mon expérience globale a été mitigée. Le logiciel propose des outils intéressants, mais certaines fonctionnalités manquent de fluidité et la navigation pourrait être plus intuitive

j'utilise seulement le ATS et il répond à mes attentes considérant le prix payé. J'hésite à considérer d'autres modules ou fonctions à ce moment.

Pros

L'affichage des postes sur plusieurs plateformes se fait rapidement. Pouvoir envoyer des formulaires aux candidats d'une façon sécurisé est facile. Le support technique répond rapidement et fait des suivis fréquents.

Cons

je n'aime pas la nouvelle interface pour la gestion des candidats. Lorsque je veux envoyer les nouveaux C.V. au gestionnaire, je dois passer à travers la liste de tous les CVs pour sélectionner les nouveaux. De plus, la navigation dans le tableau des candidats se fait très mal.

De façon générale, mon expérience avec Folks HR est positive. Le logiciel est intuitif, agréable à utiliser et facilite la gestion au quotidien. Le service client est vraiment tres professionnel et disponible rapidement.

Pros

Le service clients,J’ai particulièrement apprécié la simplicité d’utilisation de Folks HR, son interface intuitive ainsi que la clarté de l’organisation des informations. Les fonctionnalités de suivi et de gestion sont bien pensées et facilitent réellement le travail au quotidien.

Cons

Parfois, il est difficile de le paramétrer selon les normes propres à notre organisation, notamment pour le calcul automatique des heures supplémentaires majorées ou encore des heures de déplacement.

Pour le moment, ne suis pas en mesure d'évaluer Folks de façon globale. Je viens d'obtenir certains accès dans le cadre spécifique de mon travail à la paie.

Pros

Pour le moment, j'utilise Folks uniquement pour les départs, les absences et les accidents de travail.

Cons

Supprimer des absences manuellement 1 par 1 est présentement un irritant. Il ne semble pas être possible d'en sélectionner plusieurs à la fois.

J'utilise la plateforme pour mes évaluations annuelle depuis plus de un an. Mon expérience ce passe très bien!

Pros

J'aime bien l'utiliser, les instructions sont claires. La recherche est simple ce qui facilite l'utilisation.

Cons

Au départ il y a eu un temps d'adaptation mais la compréhension à été rapide. Pour l'instant je n'ai pas de point négatif.

Une fois tous les paramètres configurés, il est facile d'utiliser le logiciel qui est désormais personnalisé et adapté à notre entreprise.

Pros

L'outil est en français (qui plus est fait au Québec!) et sa disponibilité en ligne permet d'avoir des mises à jour fréquentes afin d'améliorer l'outil. De plus, le service à la clientèle est impeccable!

Cons

Il n'y a pas l'option d'ajouter des placeholder dans certaines communications, mais le reste est bien construit.

bonne expérience et bon accompagnement au début, par contre ca pourrait etre une bonne idée d'être disponible par appel pour les nouveaux clients en cas de bug urgent
