This was done by our youth participants in high school and guided by our adult mentors. We are presenting the results to the City Council to get them to provide more places to play ball that are within walking distance. Pros It was easy to use and very quick to implement into reports and studies. The use of multiple areas helped us study how different parks were close to different neighborhoods. We were able to compare walking and biking accessibility. Cons The limits on the free accounts. Also it would be good to know more if Smappen offers free versions for non-profits. Exposing the areas where we need coverage based on populations has been very helpful. Pros Smappen was just what we needed to map out territories. It was very intuitive and easy to use. I tried a few different apps and this one was the easiest. Cons I'd prefer to have the ability to share my smappen map with others while on the lowest price subscription plan. We've just created our initial mapping around the local area; utilising both Smappen and our data. Pros It's so easy to use and affordable for companies such as our starting their franchise journey. The customer service and onboarding was fantastic as well! Cons We were concerned at first that Smappen couldn't map the whole of the UK; instead mapping on an individual territory basis. However, it transpires that this isn't an issue at all.
