Trovo TeamSystem Hr molto funzionale all'azienda perchè attraverso di essa posso facilmente richiedere le ferie al mio responsabile e soprattutto organizzare timesheet per verificare su quali clienti ho concentrato i maggiori sforzi. Informazioni che poi servono ad una corretta costificazione.

Non c'è niente che io non trovi ok, se non i costi di acquisizione licenze

TeamSystem Hr automatizza molti processi manuali relativi alla gestione del personale e riduce il nostro carico di lavoro amministrativo e migliora l'efficienza complessiva della gestione delle risorse umane. Questo ci ha permesso di concentrarsi su compiti più strategici e di valore aggiunto, tipo il reporting strategico del personale per valutare le prestazioni

E' un software che rispetto all'Access che avevamo precedentemente per la gestione del personale è sicuramente più costoso, quindi di certo più adatto ad aziende di grandi dimensioni

Sistema molto funzionale per le presenze. Con la corretta interfaccia consente di sviluppare delle reportistiche utili a tutto l'ufficio che consentono di monitorare l'assenteismo e i costi di ogni singola persona.

Cons

Non trovo nessun inconveniente nel software dal momento del suo utilizzo.

E' un software che raccoglie tutte le caratteristiche che deve avere un software del personale.Noi in particolare usiamo la parte dei costi, per tenerla sotto controllo, e ovviamente - come è giusto che avvenga nel pubblico - per monitorare orari di entrata e di uscita.Credo che sia utile da usare anche in aziende private.

Il più grande vantaggio è l'integrazione di più aspetti che riguardano l'Hr, la parte amministrativa, quella della reportistica sino a quello della sicurezza.Utile la possibilità di estrarre i dati in Excel.Più economico rispetto ai concorrenti.
