Eccellente prodotto, da consigliare agli operatori del settore.

Il prodotto è validamente concepito, di utilizzo intuitivo, personalizzabile per le necessità individuali. Utilissimo sia per la gestione quotidiana delle attività di front office, sia per la gestione delle attività giornaliere di chiusura e rendicontazione di back office. Ottimo anche l'analisi periodica degli andamenti dei centri di provento. Plus da non sottovalutare il supporto costante per qualsiasi evenienza e/o necessità implementative.

Nulla in particolare mi è sembrato poco utile e/o valido.

Lo usiamo nella nostra struttura camping la serra dal 2005, ormai siamo addentrati nell utilizzo e lo abbiamo fatto installare anche nelle strutture limitrofe alla nostra proprio perché ci mettiamo la faccia e siamo sicuri della sua efficienza. Sono anni che adoperiamo questo gestionale, di volta in volta abbiamo richiesto ed ottenuto delle nuove piccole funzionalità che hanno reso l’esperienza d’uso molto personalizzata.

Molto facile ed intuitivo da utilizzare, completo di tutte le funzioni fondamentali. Ottima anche tutta la parte della reportistica.

In generale tutto ok, mi piacerebbe ci fosse una implementazione anche come crm.
