i visitatori sono meravigliati quando vedono questo sistema la gestione dei visitatori ora più semplice, abbiamo sempre sotto controllo chi è entrato in azienda ed in caso di emergenza ci rende piu facile la gestione del personale esterno. Durante il covid, abbiamo utilizzato questo sistema anche per verificare il passaggio del personale interno l'accesso con qrcode ha semplificato molto la gestione.

Semplicità d'uso e chiarezza sia nella web page che nell'applicazione su IPad

Cons

non abbiamo trovato nulla che non funzioni come dovrebbe. Forse avere una possibilità di utenze User che non abbiano diritti di admin potrebbe essere una proposta agli sviluppatori.

Programma molto semplice ed intuitivo. Ultimamente ho effettuato l'upgrade dell'abbonamento e in 10 minuti ho installato una nuova postazione in una nuova sede su un tablet.

Interessante poter utilizzare il programma su APP e gestire gli ingressi anche da un semplice tablet. la possibilità di inserire i referenti per essere avvisati in tempo via mail e tenere traccia anche su Outlook delle visite. Noi abbiamo utilizzato un abbonamento business, perchè abbiamo 2 sedi, e la gestione dei referenti multisede è molto semplice.

forse un'account per le segreteria per visualizzare solo i registri ed inserire nuovi referenti potrebbe essere interessante, senza mostrare tutto il backend dell'amministratore

Nel complesso un ottimo programma che risponde perfettamente ed anche oltre alle ns aspettative

La praticità d'uso, la possibilità di usare anche un tablet economico, la possibilità di personalizzare molte parti del programma, la gestione di più sedi da un unico ambiente, l'ottima assistenza, ecc.

Devo ancora trovare difetti ;-) Aziendalmente è un prodotto valido, ed è in continua evoluzione come funzionalità e grafica.

Inizialmente abbiamo scelto registro visitatori per una questione puramente economica. Era l\`unica soluzione di mercato che nonostante promettesse di fare tutto di cui avevamo bisogno non prevedesse un\`emorragia di denaro. Dopo 6/7 anni di utilizzo sono assolutamente soddisfatto, l\`applicazione viene implementata di frequente, non abbiamo mai avuto grossi problemi tecnici e i costi sono rimasti coerenti con quanto concordato all\`albore del progetto

Pros

la gestione da remoto degli elenchi ospiti è molto semplice, gli ultimi aggiornamenti con il menu eventi e pre-registrazione velocizzano di di parecchio le attività di ingresso degli ospiti, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e l\`assistenza sempre su pezzo.

il fatto di non poter gestire il layout del badge

Pros

Abbiamo scelto l'app Registro Visitatori di Liebemax per la nostra azienda ed è stata una decisione azzeccata. L’interfaccia è semplice e intuitiva, e il sistema permette di registrare i visitatori in modo rapido ed efficace. Le funzioni di sicurezza, come la tracciabilità degli ingressi e la gestione dei dati, sono davvero ben fatte e ci hanno aiutato a migliorare l'organizzazione interna.

Semplice e di facile utilizzo. Permette di ridurre drasticamente l'uso della carta. I dati richiesti possono essere personalizzati a seconda delle esigenze aziendali. La privacy viene tutelata e i dati possono essere esportati in modo semplice

L'esperienza è ottima, i visitatori si trovano bene e chiedono spesso come funziona il sistema perchè abituati al cartaceo.Lato nostro sappiamo sempre quanti visitatori sono venuti in azienda ogni giorno e possiamo fare report utili per capire meglio le nostre visite

Credo che la cosa migliore sia stata la facilità di configurazione e registrazione dei visitatori

Cons

La parte più difficile è stato il collegamento con la stampante ma tutto risolto con un paio di telefonate

Pros

Dopo svariate ricerche, mi sono imbattuto in APP Registro Visitatori.Immediatamente chiaro e comprensibile dal sito internet (con tanto di tutorial vari) sia la funzionalità che il prezzo, diversamente da altri concorrenti.Semplicissimo da configurare (lato web/amministratore) si può installare su qualunque dispositivo mobile (iOs o Android) ed è immediatamente funzionante!

Cons

Ho utilizzato la sola funzione di registrazione dei visitatori in ingresso e funziona benissimo - per le mie esigenze non ho avuto modo di testare altre funzionalità più avanzate (integrazioni domotiche, termoscanner, etc...) per cui non ho giudizi negativi su quello che ho utilizzato.
