Como não utilizo todos os mecanismos disponibilizados da plataforma, tenho uma experiencia mediana de uso. Para as funiconalidades que utilizo da plataforma avalio como de médio para bom.

Pros

Capacidade de buscas mais assertivas que no próprio site e canal do parceiro. Diversas oportunidades dentro da mesma plataforma.

Cons

Simo - é muito instável e não respeita as regras básicas de algumas administradoras.

A plataforma deixa toda negociação com aspecto mais profissional e assim passando mais credibilidade para o cliente.

Pros

Plataforma super dinâmica e fácil aprendizagem. Designer clean e visualmente simples de visualizar as informações . Uso muito para gerar orçamentos para os clientes o que deixa ainda mais profissional.

Cons

Toda vez preciso adicionar a assinatura na hora de gerar orçamento, pois não permite integrar do e-mail. Os gráficos do resumo do lance são um pouco confusos, tem que passar o mouse em cima da coluna do gráfico para poder visualizar as informações, poderia já apresentar as informações.

Acho a plataforma Ololu realmente fantástica. Infelizmente, quando precisei do suporte em relação aos números apresentados NA PLATAFORMA OLOLU o retorno foi inconsistente e impreciso. Mas também acho que é uma questão de ajustes. Para ser completa (sonho de consumo) rsrs, o ideal seria inserir na plataforma: necessidade do cliente como crédito e parcela, valor de lance se for o caso, prazo E a plataforma sugerir o melhor grupo de cada Administradora e Banco, de acordo com o perfil do cliente

Pros

Quando conheci e fiz aquisição da Ololu, achei que facilitaria muito meu dia a dia na venda de consórcios. Achei a ideia genial de quem criou! Ou seja, resumir todos os grupos, valores de parcelas e percentuais de contemplações num único lugar... é top!

Cons

\- Atendimento nas minhas dúvidas pelo WhatsApp foi péssimo! Não tive confiança nas respostas e números.Em 31 de agosto, precisava de uma informação correta em relação aos números apresentados na Ololu, para uma simulação na CNP. Apareciam 2 valores diferentes. O retorno foi ruim e confesso que desisti. - A calculadora para parcela pós contemplação não aparece em todos- Dentro da Plataforma, acho que faltam grupos, de algumas administradoras Ex: Maggi (foi o que observei da última vez que acessei)Obs: Os atendentes da Ololu no WhatsApp são atenciosos. Só "acho" que falta embasamento/treinamento para darem suporte necessário.

Sou usuário da Porto e por aqui é mais prático do que o próprio COL da Porto Seguro.

Cons

Falta de parceiros. As administradoras de Banco que possui não te dão suporte na comercialização. Precisamos ter outras administradoras com bom suporte.
