Cons It is a bit out of date feeling - I wish there was a better way to get an overview of a customer for billing purposes. Pros Ease of Use. Huge network of independent truckers. I know my needs will be met Cons I would like the software to reflect how much the trucker is will be paid. When I hire a trucker by the ton or by the hour I would find it easier to know how much I want to pay per job if I could see how much the trucker was actual going to receive on the same page I am assigning the pay rate. Being able to check back and see who was where when or at the moment. Pros Trux makes it easy to schedule and deploy as many required work vehicles as needed. You can schedule at the office or the mobile app when your in a pinch in the field. Being able to schedule and look back at the calendar is convenient for forecasting. Cons The mobile app is a bit challenging to navigate at first but still allows you to get the job done.
