Ele é completo, visual, prático e feito para o produtor rural. Pros O programa foi feito embasado nas reais necessidades de monitoramento de um produtor rural, de forma que apresenta os indicadores essenciais para entender, de forma macro e micro, o cenário em que se encontra a propriedade rural. A conexão dos dados, sobretudo entre patrimônio, estoques, compras, financeiro e fiscal é extremamente facilitada, prática e visual. Cons Não tem um único aspecto do Aegro que eu não goste. Pros Gestão financeira e fiscal são muito bons. O planejamento de atividades poderia ser melhorado colocando a possibilidade de lançar categorias de produtos ao invés de colocar um produto em si específico. Tipo, há os produtos a base de glifosato WG. Basta isso. Há milhares de marca, mas o que importa é saber qual a classe de produto lançado no planejamento. Cons Gestão de estoque dá até desanimo. Muito trabalhoso e pouco eficiente. Não poderia permitir aparecer nos smartphones dos colaboradores que lançam as atividades de campo, produtos que não foram devidamente lançados nos estoques. Eles acabam por lançar produtos errados ou com nome semelhantes. Também é preciso melhorar a capacidade de processamento utilizado em nuvem para executar a ferramenta de conciliação bancária. Ela trava muito, sobrecarrega o PC e deixa o navegador lento. Há situações que a ferramenta de conciliação bancária leva até 15 minutos para ser aberta. Pros Praticidade nos lançamentos eficiência nos controles de campo e estoques. Cons O aegro é um bom sistema, contudo poderia evoluir em algumas questões como: Melhorar a visualização do fluxo caixa e ter um relatório de fluxo de caixa projetado; O sistema deveria ter uma diferenciação entre custos diretos e indiretos. Hoje no relatorio de rentabilidade por exemplo, ele assume todos dos custos como custo de produção, mesma coisa no painel de controle.
