The experience of the tool was positive. If it had API integration with other systems (powerBI for example), it would be much better.

Pros

The main point about operand is the ease of tracking tasks and projects with different users.

Cons

It lacks an API to integrate with other platforms. We had to abandon the software precisely because of this absence.

Maravilhoso. Não é a toa que estou usando o sistema há mais de 3 anos.

Pros

Gosto de MUITA coisa no sistema. A facilidade, integração com os diversos departamentos, rapidez que gero propostas. Facilidade de conversar com equipe.

Cons

Único recurso que sinto falta é a facilidade de enviar jobs para os clientes, quando é uma ação que meu cliente precisa executar ou quando eu preciso que o meu cliente aprove.

Sistema completo, o atendimento e suporte acima da média.

Pros

Procurei por muito tempo um sistema que fosse completo com módulos que vão além do pipeline de gestão, módulos como: financeiro, comercial etc. O único que encontrei no mercado foi o Operand, além de ser um sistema completo, o suporte é fantástico! São verdadeiros parceiros de negócio! Recomendo demais, independente do tamanho da sua agência.

Até o momento não tenho nenhuma objeção do Operand.

Gosto da praticidade do que a plataforma oferece. A integralização, a forma de gerir a equipe e de acompanhar a evolução dos projetos.

Cons

Como todo sistema, as vezes são necessárias atualizações ou ele da algum bug. É raro, mas acontece e quando acontece resolvem rapidamente.

Hoje o Operand é essencial em nossa rotina, pois permite uma centralização das informações da agência, que resulta em mais tempo para gestão da empresa e melhoria dos processos internos.

Pros

Gosto da possibilidade de ter diversas informações em um único sistema, como tarefas, financeiro, propostas, cadastros, além de organizar os projetos para cada cliente atribuindo os respectivos jobs do mês, o que permite melhor mensuração das atividades entregues para cada cliente e reporte das ações.

Cons

A integração ou mesmo uma opção de geração de cobrança por e-mail ou link para os clientes seria excelente, para unificar ainda mais o sistema.
