They simplify complex processes. Pros In this day and age, verifying bank payment details is important. Eftsure is an excellent tool; it does what it advertises it can do, the Eftsure team provides exceptional service and support, and the help documentation is superb. Cons There is very little not to like about Eftsure. If I had to criticise something, I would like to see more detailed activity audits. Cons Not being able to have Company name and Trading name as this can be different depending on the Vendor invoice. Pros The peace of mind knowing that the bank details have been verified and if there are any incorrect bank details in the system, it is flagged by EFTsure. Cons The parent's name along with the trading name of a supplier should be recognized by EFTsure so as not to get a red flag when doing the banking.That is because most organizations would enter the trading name when creating a new vendor in their database as the trading names are the ones that mostly appear on the tax invoice. Pros The bank overlay gives peace of mind when reviewing and approving payments in the banking platform. Cons As we have other processes in palce, we are not using Eftsure to its full potential, it would be useful to be able to filter the view to what we require.
